We've had scouts regularly at Porto games. He's a left footed ACM/RW which seems to fit the type of player we want out on the right. 

 

He's class, only negative would be He's very lightweight.

  He seems to have a tendency to run into dead ends and not very robust in challenges.

Update:

Played 11 games as SS and 9 as AM. 6 goals and 14 assists in 27 games. Out of the 27 games only 15 starts. He looks better,  as in the Forward position.

Does that mean lightweight as in mahrez, or does he have more of an engine? I don't know about him that much to be honest.

...never played RW, very much a support to the attackers, played almost every position, except for RW!!!

Although his positions don’t say it, he very much primarily occupies the space on the right wing

His style of play doesn't necessarily require him to be a physical brute but given we lack players of power, height and aggression he's not going to help us in that regard. He is however very good on the ball, doesn't get fazed by being targeted by bigger players and is a nuisance at defending against.

 

He'd certainly be a great signing for us.

I was thinking the other week what type of player would I ideally like us to sign for that RW position, and Bernardo Silva was the closest I could get. In terms of both high workrate and technical ability as a more creative left footed RW to provide balance with Barnes more direct approach on the other wing. 
 

Based on that he looks very similar in style so would love him here. Only question would be how good is he at putting a defensive shift in?
 

Although Perez has been much maligned on here we have often performed better as a unit when he has been playing and his pressures in the final third are often some of the highest for his position. So would love a left footed, technical but still hard working player in that position ideally. Hopefully Vieira can be that player

His head looks too big for his body. It’s a no from me.
