Sit deep? Two-one down against 10 men looking for an equaliser? 😂

you have to get the ball to score, not that hard to understand. youri was sat in the hole picking up the ball and threading passes 🤷‍♂️

you don’t just put 11 strikers on and expect it to go in

Only positive......one game nearer the sack 👍👍

Sorry but I can't see a new manager ( whoever ? ) inheriting this squad suddenly having a dramatic improvement. Vardy and Evans past it , no leadership on the field and no money to bring in better players. Being the eternal pessimist I feel our moment in the sun maybe Coming to an end. Hopefully temporarily.

I liked the set up of a packed midfield (I've been calling for it for ages) . Even allowing for a difficult afternoon for Praet, the tandem with KDH and ability to replace his slot with Perez gives us balance.

and the midfield also did ok despite a woeful Soumare (absolute bombscare) ...mendy would've given us much better balance

Wilf at CH would improve the Dan situation

Gives Barnes more licence to roam across the front line rather than just hug the left

For us older fans this type of results feels very familiar, it smells of seasons past, where we can't hit a open barn door and things just don't seem to go our way.  Yes we've had them before and we do a Leicester and lose against 10 men, which seems to be normal for our club, but it is the results over the last 12 months that have a pattern to them.  This result for me shows the club must act fast and get rid of Rodgers, I am almost certain he has lost the ability to turn HMS LCFC around, we're f*****g hitting them rocks.

Brendan would be a perfect captain of the Titanic

Could be ,teams like Stoke  never thought they'd  go down

Maybe they didn't expect it. But it was inevitable to everyone else. Grinding around scratching for results, hogging 15th year in year out. The grim reaper was strutting about the A50 for years

The substitution at the end with Ndidi coming on was bizarre to say the least.

Tielemans looked completely spent, maybe injured.

Unreal we let a good main number one leave, one of the best shotstoppers in the division, and replaced him with a keeper who's been backup all his career.

Our decisions over the past summer have been stupid. And I'm including the board in all this. Idiots.

Indeed.  Plus having done that,  it's just bizarre that Rodgers chose a perennial bench keeper as his first choice over a young promising keeper who has played well and regularly in the Championship for the past 2 seasons. Also, didn't we say that we would only let Kasper leave if we got a replacement in?

Shit finishing was more at fault today Col, Vardy should’ve had a hat-trick.

I’ve said this before KF.

When you know you have to score (because you’ve conceded as a team) you’re more likely to snatch at your shots. Having to score puts pressure on the strikers. All good teams start with a solid defence.

It's properly irking me how many people on here think we played well in the second half as opposed to Chelsea allowed us to play by sitting back after scoring twice with 10 men.

Getting his keywords out

Quality and Intensity all over again

We were conceding goals like that at Wolves last season. Where is the accountability from the manager for not sorting it?

A deflection put us 1-0 down, but should have closed down quicker. Quality cross but some poor marking puts us 2-0 down. Vardy should have scored first half and we’d have been 1-0 up. We made some good chances and didn’t take them.

I get Youri sub as he was hobbling and Wilf means everyone else can push on.

We actually made chances but really poor finishing apart from Barnes’ great strike.

Amartey needs to be dropped. Either new CB or Cags. Dire need of RW with pace to give us more of an option down the right. I would drop Vards for Kels next match, although Vards does love a game against Man U.

MASSIVE WEEK coming up

When the luck is against you that is what happens.

…. exactly the result we all expected. Calm down everyone.

That wasn't down to bad luck. That was down to us being unable to take advantage of the situation presented to us.
