Chelmofox Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 Castagne being frozen out should be a huge concern for the club. We can’t afford him to hold personal grudges with our defence. This is 2 current defenders he appears to have fallen out with. He needs to swallow his pride here. It’s negligent.  Wout will be interesting. Maybe it’s too soon as he only signed a few days ago, but I have a hunch this is a club signing that Brendan had little involvement with. There could be a danger that he gets little look in whilst Brendan is in his meltdown mode.Â
Rossiter Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 A blanket and a hot chocolate plus Rodgersball v boring Brighton and I'll be dozing off before half time. 1

CosbehFox Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 If he’s fallen out with Castagne, he will certainly go in January. His agent has been on the case for a move for nearly a year now. I understand with him having a baby and getting married, he’s chilled off being forceful about itÂ

TJB-fox Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 Fvck it at least we’re going 2 up top and getting Kel in the team.  Vardy unlikely to play twice in a week too.  Â
adam Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 As if Thomas is playing again. **** of Rodgers. That midfield (if true) will get completely over ran. 1

Jobyfox Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 KDH has a big future, but was awful against Man Utd. Saying that I think BR was playing him too high up the pitch. I didn't manage to work out why he was so high and yet Maddison was so deep, but they were clearly operating under instruction.  KDH is an ideal impact sub as he always plays with drive and energy. Something we've noticeably lacked in the latter part of games - see Brentford and Southampton. Not the worst decision for him to start from the bench.Â
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 Absolutely frightening that Bournemouth have already lost 9-0 & sacked their manager this season but could still be 6 points ahead of us this time tomorrow.  Â

Popular Post OntarioFox Posted 3 September 2022 Popular Post Posted 3 September 2022 (edited) Thomas was fine against Man Utd, it was our other wing where Justin was playing with the confidence of a broken man I'm more concerned about. We had so much space, so many times in front of him but he opted to stop and pass backwards. Because any raw promise has been coached out of him by Rodgers. The left was the wrong option most of the game but all Thomas was guilty of was overplaying it with Barnes nullified and playing a languid half-arsed game. Â If he's really 'fallen out' with Castagne - and I'm a skeptic with most rumours I hear about the club, but inclined to believe it in our current state - it's about time the players themselves knocked on the board's door. Â The issue is that I don't think the senior players we have left are the sort to upset the apple cart in such a way. Edited 3 September 2022 by OntarioFox 5
oxtonfox Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 If we lose against Brighton and I think we will then Villa will be the decision making game for the board on Brendan It’s not as if we have played well in any game to deserve more points despite what BR says. We’re a shadow of a football team currently and are toothless up front. Brighton will win and they won’t have to work hard to do so.Â

Lesterlad Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 Whydopeople think Rodgers may have an issue with Castagne?not surprised if he has, Rodgers is a idiot but don’t know why

In interviews he is confident to say when we aren’t good enough. Brendan says he wants leaders, just not leaders who challenge him. Fraud. 1
hejammy Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 If he starts Thomas tomorrow he deserves to be sacked infront of all the fans before the whistle tomorrow. 1

I personally thought Thomas was dreadful especially the first half. A lot of Justin’s problems was he was alone on the right side no help at all. 3

He was poor. Needs to go out on loan to develop I think. 1

Five minutes later he was walking around the middle of the park and they were attacking down his flank. He has no positional sense, he is weak and no pace. I agree people have a love in with him because he is from Leicester.Â
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 3 September 2022 Posted 3 September 2022 Good to see KDH dropped. He has an important role in the squad but his flaws can really slow us down it's time to make him an impact sub.  Castagne and Soyuncu need to start. Daka should be nowhere near the team.Â
