We better hope that is the answer regardless of who the manager is. Conceding over 2 goals a game will get us relegated.

I think a lot rides in Faes being a good signing. Iversen surely has to come in, it doesn’t matter if he’s crap with his feet, Ward makes the rest of the defence and team look so nervous it’s unreal.

Schmeichel was accused of having poor distribution which I never understood. Reaping what we sowed at the moment, ward is a disaster.

Daka excellent. Nacho and Soumare good stuff at times. Tielemans vital to both goals. Defence and GK awful. Barnes is this current model of Barnes, sadly. Maddison simply a nightmare for the guy.

How are we still in it? lol

There is potential in this team, but will we ever see it with Brendan in charge?

Organization is all over the place and confidence seems like an all time low for more or less the whole team. Its really not very pretty. But we somehow still have a chance to get something from this game.

We have to hope whatever the result today we can build on this

Bit harsh, unless you are at the game you don't know what hes doing when the cameras are not on him

They literally show him every time. Previous games he would look like he cared

If Thomas isn’t hooked at HT on a booking then rodgers is making a massive error

it’s a free sub and easy to justify to the kid without messing with his confidence too much

leaving him out there isn’t fair as they will target him, unable to make a desperate tackle of any kind

When Faes is available, I’d be hitting a 3-4-1-2 asap. We have to relieve Madders of his defensive imperative - he’s been struggling to be in the right place all match. And even a blind monkey can see we have to find a way of having two up top.

6-2 Brighton I fancy. This is a horror show bar Nacho and Patson.

What the hell is Rodgers doing here? The players haven't helped but Rodgers playing a midfielder in the back two is the start of a slippery slope.

Whatever the result, it's just unforgiveable for two of your players to be shouting and pointing at each other like Ward and Ndidi.

Terrible.

Not sure why you're blaming Ndidi. Ward the Fraud messes up, then has a go at Ndidi for absolutely nothing. Kasper used to do it all the time in fairness, so did his Dad, but the had earnt the respect of their fellow players....Ward shouldn't be at our Club. We should have kept Kasper, rotated Iverson into the squad this season and got rid of Ward, as I said months ago, the guy is at best a lower league keeper, and probably more like non-league level. He simply doesn't make saves.

Ward is terrible.
JJ too narrow for their first.
Madders needs dragging for Albrighton.

Lovely finishes by Kel and Daka. Great ball by Youri. Barnes looking ok.

This formation with Wout and Iversen could be what this group needs to focus on this year.  With Vardy doing the last 15/20 sprint shift.

Ndidi struggling but no real alternatives for me. Thomas has worked hard but yeah I’d take him off.

There are alternatives if you don't fall out with the players for those positions

I say swap him out for the next game, but you can’t sub him off! It’s too much of a statement. It’s just not done.

Not only that but imagine subbing him off and then Iversen gets a knock in the match!

To beat that aggressive Brighton press on Wilf/Soumaré/Youri/Thomas we should be popping more balls over the top to Daka’s pace. When they press like that they sometimes have more players in our half than we do… we need to take advantage of that. Let’s hope Rodgers spotted it….

No it really isn't.

They should be holding each other to higher standards.
