This is my last post, everything I wrote is the truth, and I had enough of the insults ( it is also my name) and normally I dont brag, on the contrary, I hide things, ( have even now) but I read this forum often and really you all have made me so angry that now I took my revenge...and I might be stupid like some say, but not so stupid that I don't know how it makes "my bragging with the truth" the fans feel...so for all the insults I took my revenge I am flemish Belgian, from LEUVEN centre ( also Hampstead Heath, and Milan), see OHL...but I am not interested in local voetbalteams, it is on this forum that I saw the connection between my city ( OHL) and Leicester. My name is Hilde Faes, even my picture is me, I don't see the need to hide behind fake names...I, as a woman am not a coward who wants to hide herself for what I write.

 I am a big fan of Lando Norris, because he is humble ( like Wout) and he is HALF FLEMISH BELGIAN....I am proud of my people...

 So have a nice time, but my economical mind really says the best thing for WF is to stay and cash in, and I know he likes to study, he said it on camera for the Whole of Belgium...I would in his place, do what Vincent Kompany has done, while he still was at Man City, he got a masters degree....but its up to wout to decide his future....but doing it for the belgian team, I wouldn't because they are a disaster, the golden generation is gone...and its not good to have a failure national team on one's resume...

Lost me at humble like Wout. I think part of the annoyance for us fans is that we see the potential of the player he can be. 

 

Seriously if you are connected with Wout tell him to engage with the fans more as we are not stick in the mud fans and we will respond if he starts to show more passion, he is more consistent etc 

 

The fact he gave a bit back after his goal vs Sheff Weds in itself shows he has character, fight and likely resilience.

There's a reason that football players don't – or shouldn't, at least – read fan forums.

Wout isn't the first player to be heavily criticised (justified or not) by his own club's supporters, and he won't be the last. For all any of us know, off of the football pitch he might well be a great person, blessed with intelligence, humility, who is affable and sympathetic; I'm sure he probably is. He obviously does have talent as well, otherwise he wouldn't be a professional footballer with 300+ career appearances and 28 national team caps.

But when those positive attributes aren't evident when he's playing football, criticism is inevitable, because that's the nature of football and supporters. That goes for any player of any nationality at any club in any country. Nothing to do with him being Belgian.
