Great to see enjoyably football back. Faes was commanding, Dan confident, Castange threatening and impressive, Thomas was immense, Tielemans great as ever, Barnes and Vardy constant threats on goal. Happy to see two academy subs even though Alves saw little of the ball until the chance at the end. McAteer looked confident. A thoroughly enjoyable watch.

Very easy. Bit of rustiness but we made it very comfortable for ourselves.

That was the most comfortable game we’ll have all season.

 

Played at pre-season friendly pace for us but we were comfortable, commanding and dominant. A solid return to action.
 

3 good goals, a clean sheet and into the next round. Happy days.

Professional performance, Thomas was excellent and linked up really well with Barnes. 
 

Thought Soumare was very good - much of our play went through him. Appreciate it was lower league opposition but he looked a Rolls Royce player and some of his long range passing was excellent. 
 

Praet gained in confidence as the match went on - kept passing backwards initially but took more risk as the match went on.

Genuninely worst away end I’ve ever been in. Trying to get anything going in the first half and met with absolute silence and some dirty looks🤣. I used to blame the older fans for not getting involved but the majority of people there were middle aged. Second half was a slight improvement but by far worst end I’ve ever been in
