Returning to the atmosphere at our place.

AC Milan ultras, unhappy with the powers that be regarding the running of their club, today remained totally silent throughout their game with Parma.

For those that are unaware, the whole of the Curva Sud total silence for 90 minutes is something that NEVER happens.

Remains to be seen if they get the outcome required but got me thinking we could do something similar, let's face it, we are halfway there already.

Any thoughts?

How would doing what we already do change anything?

Didn’t union fs wear all black and remain silent in our last relegation season against Arsenal? Did it work?

Went last season , on a city break, to the San Siro to see AC Milan v Claudio’s Cagliari…Ultras did the same thing! We thought it was really quiet but had no idea until the next day …. On the stadium tour, a steward apologised for the lack of atmosphere and explained!

Atmosphere as expected after 7 losses for first half was dreadful, even after scoring two it wasn’t amazing but I think we all expected us to bottle it. Once win looked likely thought it was good today

Yeah, agreed thought it was quite good but not epic because of the nervousness.

A Spurs fan near us in the corporate section was absolutely frothing, proper getting wound up!

If you mean a hundred or so chanting "sack the board" is extremely unlikely to happen.

Makes me chuckle though. They won't sack themselves.

There are a few different videos of this circulating on social media. 🤣

Who on earth puts corporate next to away fans like that in a new stadium lol

The travelling steward is as useful as a chocolate teapot here

Genuinely looks lost

We were fairly near this section.

The Spurs bloke in the cap got masses of stick and as it emanated it's way across the stand more of us joined in with the "Who are ya,  "He's gonna cry in a minute" and "W****r" chants.

Those fans close by, the ones in the vid gave him absolute pelters but, fair play, he looked like he was giving it back.

We did notice at full time there were plenty of hands being shaken between them, laughing and smiling so it was all taken well.

Actually really good to see.

I sent the link to the above video to another LCFC supporting mate.

He said the lad in the glasses is his workmates son.

I asked him if his workmate was a proud dad or had grounded him.

He told me his dad is the bald one.

Yes, apparently the Spurs fan was giving it some all game and really winding everyone up. Hence the reaction, but it did end in handshakes!

A bloke traversing a decent distance to wave a pack of tissues at the Spurs fan in the cap was funny

The lower tier was an embarrassment today. Singing "Champions of England you'll never sing that" to the Everton fans, and then in the next breath telling them they live in the past. Small time club.

And within seconds, some away fans started the "Jamie Vardy's magic" chant..lol

Needless to say, there was zero evidence of that today. :(

Starting him every week at his age is insane enough.

But giving him the armband too??

Agreed 👍

I was in the lower tier and those singing “you’ll never sing that” to 8 times “Champions of England”was almost as embarrassing as the performance on the pitch!

Our general songbook about our club and players is fine but our "banter" stuff is the worst out there.

Some fans clapping the players off the pitch again. Mental. Absolutely mental.

I seen people clap Hermansen and Vardy but surely no one else?
