Surely Levy wouldn't be allowed to be involved with two Premier League clubs simultaneously, even as part of a consortium?

He wouldn't

you can say it on here?  The owner of this company helped save Leicester in 2002 as part of the consortium with Lineker back then so he is quite privy supposedly to what is going on.

With the death of Vichai, the estate apparently still hasn’t been divided financially and there is some wrangling over this - hence our ‘lack of money’ to

some extent so maybe only loans this January.

However he has also let my friend know that Top is looking to sell and the Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy maybe looking to front a consortium to take over at Leicester.  Not sure I believe any of it but hey ho?

Your mate you walk with is having you on lol.

Are you sure it wasn't your dog saying this in a dream you had last night...?

Rumours of Tottenham sale which would probably spell the end of Levy at spurs

He would have to resign as chairman, he does not own Tottenham joe Lewis does.

he has done an excellent job at Tottenham to make them a consistent top 6 team and he business dealing are excellent. Would be good for us in the long term.

but no chance it’s real

I'm not sure our fan base would trust him, I know I wouldn't.  He'd certainly make sure we didn't undersell players though.

It’s partly true.* Although people shot it down on here saying it didn’t happen (heard it with my own ears), when Burch was spouting off about us up for sale he said something along the lines of it being due to Tops sisters wanting their share of the estate and he hasn’t got the cash to pay them or something along those lines.

*partly true if he wasn’t just spouting nonsense of course.

You should try reading the Spurs boards, their fans seem to despise him.

When did Burch (I assume you actually mean Birch) make this claim?

Why would it be up to Top to pay them if it's coming out of the estate? Or is the estate under Top's name now?

Honestly have no idea. Don’t even know if any of it’s true but something along those lines came out of Birch’s mouth.

The man is a serial BSer though.

It's mostly true but not Levy, Levi as in Levi Roots willing to blow his hot sauce wad on a currently bang average venture.

So 4 and a half years later this has only just became a problem?

If this was true how come we spent 100m on the training ground and around 200m on players since 2018

i'd imagine the sales of maguire, chilwell & mahrez have helped
