You should try reading the Spurs boards, their fans seem to despise him.

I've never understood why. He gets players in, most that they sell are for profit. The only year a manager hasn't been backed recently was when they moved ground.

Without knowing the structure of KP, of who owns what or has shares in what, the percentages etc, or indeed the terms of the will and legacies, I think it's impossible to comment on this with any authority...

but...

I can't see any issue (as suggested above) has any immediate direct impact on the club. KP are the club owners and whilst the sisters might want to sell their shares/stake in KP that wouldn't necessarily change the club ownership, not in the short term anyway. If it is the case then I could imagine Top might want to buy them out (and maybe they are giving him time to do that) just to ensure control of both KP and the Club. Because I think Top is committed to the club as much, it it more so, than KP.  Whatever, it's a KP issue, and maybe one of Top's liquidity and/or access funds. I see it as (one step) removed from the club.

I'm not sure our fan base would trust him, I know I wouldn't.  He'd certainly make sure we didn't undersell players though.

Or ever win anything ever again

It’s partly true.* Although people shot it down on here saying it didn’t happen (heard it with my own ears), when Burch was spouting off about us up for sale he said something along the lines of it being due to Tops sisters wanting their share of the estate and he hasn’t got the cash to pay them or something along those lines.

*partly true if he wasn’t just spouting nonsense of course.

He didn't even say that.

Owners like ours manage to keep their business as close to their chest as they do because they don't let the likes of Birch know what's going on.

He's a "club ambassador" not an executive and he's famous for having too many and spoutting off all round Charnwood. He ain't in the loop of secret dealings at board level is he.

Also not been particularly well and not doing what you said but that won't stop people writing untrue shit on the Internet will it.

Yeh, I know.... but it makes for entertaining reading! Tbh, I do kinda like it, but then I'm not too inclined to take it seriously. I assume most of us are so far removed from the club as to know jack shit, and if we did we certainly wouldn't be revealing sensitive info on a public forum. It's akin to gossip and I treat it as such.

I hope Birch attends those meetings with the same script as a matchday.

"Good afternoon everyone! Are you ready, board and executives?"

I would be very surprised if we were sold anytime soon.

What makes you say that ?

I think people are just getting suspicious due to the lack of communication on things like the stadium expansion.

Yes he did.

I don’t know anyone on here to need to come on and lie or make stuff up, someone else heard it too feel free to dig up the old thread.

I fully get people take it with a pinch of salt I believe very little I read on here but it did happen.

Weird as he's not been in the woodies for ages but then again people do have weird imaginations.

He would have to resign as chairman, he does not own Tottenham joe Lewis does.

he has done an excellent job at Tottenham to make them a consistent top 6 team and he business dealing are excellent. Would be good for us in the long term.

but no chance it’s real

Levy owns a fair sized chunk of spurs
