That my good man looks just like Rodgers pre-match team notes.

Totally incomprehensible sh1t that no one understands and gets no results when the Enter key is hit.  Even a 60Min 'De-Bug' offers no better outcome. Just causes more errors.

(Even though it does look a bit Excel to me 🫥😁)

It's SQL lol

Honestly one of the top 5 nerdiest jokes I've ever posted on here.

Is it proper Oracle sql? Or girly SQL Server sql?

And it passed my code review - well done!

I do wonder whether Evans coming back will bring a calmness to the defence. Faes has been reckless lately and probably needed taking out but Amartey coming in wouldn't settle it.

Still won't fix the goalkeeper issue but to be honest we have to stop shots coming in.

Evans will play about 30 minutes before knackering his foot again until the next international break comes around.

Well played Sir..👍

I saw the concat, which I've used in Excel and took a guess.

I've half heard of it ..'something' Query Language not my area I'm afraid  but still funny.

GETDATE() suggests the latter. CASTing that to a date seems very, er, wonky though, as does the minor ineffeciency of eschewing of NOT IN for our out of favour CBs, and the potentially confusing (from a (this, at least) human readability standpoint) lack of bracketing of the and/ors for the non-Ward clauses. Unless I've missed a scandal/injury or two it does seem to come with the intriguing possibility of playing three goalies somewhere on the pitch.

The little upturn in form and keeping pre world cup has certainly benefited us in the long term this season :D

This isn't sticking behind a bunch of lads who are trying their best but ultimately not good enough. This is wanting the one thing that is consistently hamstringing the club out of the picture.

To be honest, the fact this is even a discussion at this point, it doesn't really matter as it's quite clearly everybody at the club is on LSD or something and have no grasp on reality. So wins or losses, we'll be down next season if not this.

Yep, absolutely opposite scenario to somebody like Bournemouth who are punching a little above their weight if anything. I've never been more certain of anything that we'd have been OK if we'd sacked Rodgers on one of the 15 or so occasions when we should've done.

We're definitely approaching the point now though where it's a no guarantee of an upturn if he does go. Just look at the rubbish key figures like Maddison & Evans are spouting. This isn't players not trying for the manager, it's players trying and buying into an awful manager. That's harder to fix if anything really.

The club needs a big reset in the summer regardless of what happens the rest of this season. I've hit a point where I think I'd rather get relegated knowing changes were coming than stay up and preserve another 12 months of this where we just end up getting relegated anyway. It's the most joyless I think football's ever been for me. But the ineptness demonstrated by our hierarchy this season tells me the odds of me getting what I hope for are slim. Ideal scenario is we stay up and reset but I'm not all that confident we would.

I can't take another year of Rodgers. It's completely unbearable.

lol

It was written in about 30 seconds on my phone in my lunch break, you're just going to have to excuse the formatting.

And yes, it would return 11 players regardless of position. I'll be honest I was more preoccupied with the bit than actually making a working query!
