Superb.

One day, all team predictions will be written this way.

It was written in about 30 seconds on my phone in my lunch break, you're just going to have to excuse the formatting.

And yes, it would return 11 players regardless of position. I'll be honest I was more preoccupied with the bit than actually making a working query!

Sir Finnegan sir, I was joshing/it is a very serious matter and you should have used UNIONs

I really hope he isn't going to throw his hopes at Evans to be our saviour on the pitch for this one. He needs to swallow his pride and let Soyuncu share some of the game time in Faes absence

Whilst Evans is not the player he was and we shouldn't expect him to be either after such a long lay off, one thing he does do really well is organise and communicate, you don't need to be 21 and in peak physical shape to do that. I have noticed that Danny Ward hardly says a word to any of the back 4 and the back 4 hardly speak to each other, so whilst he may not be the saviour in terms of his ability, his communication skills might just be the difference

GETDATE() suggests the latter. CASTing that to a date seems very, er, wonky though, as does the minor ineffeciency of eschewing of NOT IN for our out of favour CBs, and the potentially confusing (from a (this, at least) human readability standpoint) lack of bracketing of the and/ors for the non-Ward clauses. Unless I've missed a scandal/injury or two it does seem to come with the intriguing possibility of playing three goalies somewhere on the pitch.

I mean, with how good Ward is at ensuring the ball ends up in the net, why not stick him up front for a game

Wont happen bud, very much afraid its gonna be disaster Dan back for another chaplinesque performance.

Rodgers short term memory strikes again.

Anyway Dans in general are clearly not in the c**t book.

I honestly think if Evans isn't fit to start he will stick with 5 at the back. Castagne at LCB and Thomas at LWB

I think evans will start in this one. BR was keen to give him a run out last time.  I can see Praet starting on the right rather than tete as the latter doesn’t look confident at the moment. I do think tete will come good though so wouldnt be unhappy if he starts. Kel owes us a couple too in this one. Big game.

Need to win this, it's last call. Iversen in, no more fookin about.

If Ward broke both of his arms and legs, Rodgers would still pick him. Come to think of it, it wouldn't really have any impact on Ward's effectiveness anyway, I guess.....

Broken legs might actually improve his positioning.

Wonder if someone could take one for the team? Maybe fly a drone into him at training? :D

You would think.

However I reckon there are some on here who would be happy to see the club implode and go out of existence just so they could say they were right about how bad Rodgers was. Wanting us to lose so he might get sacked is nothing.

Nonsense, we want to see it explode. First with rage, then actual explosions. Limbs of the middle management up in the air, overpriced kit made in China for pennies melting. Me standing, watching, maniacally laughing. I strapped the device to Rodgers’ torso. An exploded club grows back stronger, like the region of bone surrounding a break.

An arm cast might stop him pulling his arm out of the way as the ball crosses his body.

Hell, a back brace too to stop him turning side-on to the shot.

Like this but KDH has to be deployed on the left of the midfield pivot, not on the right where our 'elite' manager has deployed him recently.
