whitlock Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 Feels similar to Stoke when they randomly appointed Paul Lambert to try and keep them up. What a joke we’ve become.

Couldn’t think of an example, but Jol is exactly the kind of bloke I was thinking of!

The season keeps getting better and better. How the mighty have fallen 😂 I am sorry, but who the fook does Jesse Marsch think he is? Genuinely think he will be lucky to get another Premier League job. We only went there because we are desperate and our board is a complete mess! Happy we will end up with someone else though, as I never felt his style of management would suit us in our current situation, and would likely just compound our problems, especially in defence. 1
whetstonefox Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 The season that keeps on giving. Hopefully we’ll be able to laugh about all this in a year or two.
I am an Ostrich Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 Well at least we wont have to play SOCCER now!!!
Mr Mister Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 It will be Stowell and Sadler till the end of the season. It is pointless bringing in someone with only a handful of games left. Let the season end and then focus on finding the right manager for the rebuild. 1

LestaLad Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 We don’t just need a rebuild of players, we need a rebuild of the whole club. Relegate us and start over at this point.
MPH Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 did I imagine it or was Top’s plane tracked flying into Liverpool this morning? 1
Tielemans63 Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 Absolutely hilarious that he watched us play and then noped it 1

Very true but maybe a combination of things made the job not worth it. 1

Feels like a defeatist attitude. there’s still a chance we can stay up and we need to fight for it.
Popular Post Tuna Posted 9 April 2023 Popular Post Posted 9 April 2023 (edited) On this telegraph article the source is clearly from the Marsch side and clearly is a response to the club considering other candidates, as has already been posted it's probably just Marsch saving face! Tomlcfc133 Posted 9 April 2023 Posted 9 April 2023 Big Sam , Rafa , MON . All three give us a big chance to stay in the league. Too obvious though for the clowns on the board
