Do people on here still defend this man? I remember taking pelters for years for daring to suggest hes a big problem at the club.

The fact he hasn't resigned after overseeing the shitshow shows what kind of man he is.

Yes, the decision should be out of his hands but have some pride man. Admit you've been shit and take your millions and do something else. Please.

I very much doubt it. I don't see any support for him at all these days.

How he remains in situ is truly astonishing.   I am afraid folks, nothing will chnage until he leaves.

He has overseen one of the worst periods in the Club's history. If he resigns today, this will at least be start of the long journey back.

Duffers - do the right thing.   Go.

Any other club in the country or even world football would have binned him off by now. How many failures is it?

It clearly isn’t about football. There’s something about the man we’re not aware of. Why does he hold so much power?

The problem I have is, take out the football side of things, Top is a buisness man. First and foremost he is  buisness rather than anything else.

Yet he is running the club into the ground and can't seem to shift the deadwood that is failing his buisness.

Wrong.

He’s the child of a businessman, that was the heir to the throne.

If you don't feel safe walking round the city you were born in, do something useful and ****ing resign Jon. Top apparently is unable to see it so do it yourself.

It is more than football. Rudkin has become a kind of human grief blanket to Top since Vichai died. Also they are kindred spirits: talentless failures who are both too arrogant to learn and adapt. It's unfortunate for us.

I understand that. But he's still more business than anything else. He worked with his dad and at the king power company from an early age so surly he has some business acumen.

That's where i struggle to understand the basics such as people still being in certain jobs and the high wages and costings that we have.

After 4 years of the football department being shit, when does the head of the football department become the problem? 200 million spent, the highest wage bill, a stupid kamikaze style and not one decent player we own. Relegation for the men’s team, the women’s team and OHL struggling, how is any of this conducive to ‘sustained long term success’. If this guy has any ounce of credibility, humility or decency he should quit before Friday, otherwise he is fair game.

For the last 24 hours his name was dragged through the mud in every major sports sheet. Knows that will never have another position anywhere else in the sport; will stay here until he drops dead from old age.  Shameful performance. Gutless.

If Aiyawatt loves him so much, move him away from the club and give him a job at KP, keeps him away from us whilst he can still make sure his lover is being paid

The ostriches at board level have been able to tip toe around Rudkin since 2023 but the last week has made his position untenable now.

The fans are turned away largely due to him.

If they don't solve that the reputation of the ownership will never recover (maybe it never will regardless)
