How he survived the previous relegation I do not know. Back to back (surely no chance).

Clearly out of his depth. Is incompetence is costing top millions of pounds a year

Even by our dysfunctional standards, would be remarkable for him to carry on in post after the shambolic leadership of the footballing operations.

I thought the revamp was a vieled acknowledgement that it was not working and Rudders needed to be making less key decisions - a promotion on paper but a lessening of influence. This relegation

though has made that decision look even more ridiculous and his presence at the club is completely untenable.

Top is scared. He's relied on him too much and if he sacks him he won't know what to do.

Look when he talked to Steve after the Hull game, he's scared boy that doesn't know what to do as he's out his depth, and it could be that Rudkin knows that.

If Rudkin feels too scared to walk around Leicester, then for his sanity and if he feels that way his family's sake, it's better for him to quit. I would put them first if it was me.

Im sure we'll be fine. Rudkin has worked for some big companies in the past with his CV ranging from Blockbuster, Kodak and Toys 'R' Us.

More Enron or Theranos

If Top is scared and doesn't know what to do next, he should pay for the most independent, respected person in the game or small group of people to conduct an immediate investigation into exactly where things have gone wrong and to suggest a list of remedial action to restore us.

He has put all his faith in Rudkin and it has cost him £300 million of his money and an embarrassing dropping of 2 leagues.

He must have absolutely no self awareness of dignity. Like as you say firstly if I was so shit at my job the people in the area I lived began to hate me I’d ask my self questions about my capabilities, along with quite obvious failings like say losing the company about a billion quid. Then there is if my family were ever threatened wherever they were I’d be gone like a shot. One of my mates did exactly this, in a well paid job in Durban, wife and less car jacked, he was on the first plane back to the UK!

I understand what you're saying but there's a difference between fans singing a stupid song and someone actually being a victim of violence in one of the most dangerous cities in the world.

Even if this is out of some misplaced blind loyalty because his Dad liked him, I think he's more than shown enough loyalty by now.

Just ****ing do the right thing

Can’t stop thinking about @StriderHiryu’s  allusion to Game of Thrones and Rudkin giving off Hand Of The King vibes.

Always shadowing Aiyawatt. Whispering in his ear.

Lineker got it bang on when he said “he’s wormed his way into a position of power”

Of course its different, the point remains though if he feels unsafe and his family are unsafe, then he needs to consider things.

I agree. But I dont understand how we got promoted two years ago he didnt seek financing from a PE firm or something who would put someone knowledgeable in charge.

Give up 40%, keep control, save face. I just don't understand it.

Has anyone ever seen him arrive or leave the ground on a match day ?

Must come up from the sewers. Scumbag.

Not at home but I've walked past him at a couple of away games.

Top should be asked one simple question: does King Power have a single other employee which has caused the company so much financial loss as Jon Rudkin, and who is still employed by King Power?

This is all on Rudkin, how the man sleeps is beyond me, but then again the money he's extracted personally from King power must be in the millions, he will never walk away even if our training ground turned red

I am convinced once Vichai passed away Rudkin used the situation over time as an opportunity to seize power, hence why Susan Wheelan left and why he ends up as the CFO. Classic Power Battle and we lost out.

Wheelan herself I know has many detractors at the club but by comparison she is a big miss.

If he did an interview now it would be Prince Andrew moment. Perhaps Rudkin doesn’t sweat as well.
