I think he's toast personally. Look at his last three jobs, walked out on Celtic, dismantled us, walked out on Celtic again. Bitches and moans about every facet of the club that he's at and has absolutely zero self awareness. 

 

Who's looking at that and saying "yeah sign me up". Especially for the wages he'd be after.

Lets face it Brendan only used Celtic as a gap fill, soon as premier league job came available he would have been gone like a shot like last time when Leicester came calling. No doubt he must have praying over the last few months when the Tottenham, West Ham, Forest and even the Everton job further back all came available he was hoping to get the approach from one them.. problem for Rodgers no one did. 

 

However he is a snake and I won't be surprised if he's got a big job lined up already, maybe Wolves, oil money in Saudi or making himself available for the rep of ireland job.

I see where you’re coming from. I think he’s more suited to Villa though
