I'm afraid they shit the bed by not hiring Marsch. He'd have got you guys out of trouble. But they can't have a Yank! What do they know about Soccerball LOL

Go away please.

Come on. Rodgers ****ed the club. Rudkin watched. Top did nothing.

The rest of those? Largely following orders I'd guess.

Ironically one of Tops best ever decisions

I’ve seen a lot of relegations since 1969 so maybe I’m more sanguine than many on FT.

In that time I’ve seen worse Leicester teams, worse players & more hopeless seasons. But I’ve never seen this level of catastrophic leadership and management.

The board owns this, more than ever in my lifetime. The managers own this too, Rodgers more than the others by a long, long way. He destroyed most of the players, physically or mentally or both and should have been out of this club by the World Cup at the latest.

I don’t, this time, blame the players, though God knows I feel I should especially after the last two performances.

This is most frightening thing though, it’s the board that have largely done this. So how on earth can they be expected to put it right?

My position entirely.

I can only assume though that some of them have signed pre-contracts or have agreements in principle. I can't see any other reason for their levels of performance as they must have killed off a swathe of interest.

Harsh on top. Everyone else can do one though. Not a clue how to run a football club.

Is it though, I love the family but he’s shown no leadership or effective management at this club. He can redeem himself if he sacks a few board members but he doesn’t have the bollocks to do it.

The disaster of this season is down to Brendan Rodgers alone.

You surely can’t be that naive? The problems at this club are much deeper than a manager

We’d have been relegated by February if we’d have got Marsch in he’s not got a clue he’s no Ted Lasso !!😉

You can’t be serious? We are in an international league with players, coaches, managers and owners from all over the globe. No person ever is not going to get a job because of their nationality.

He didn’t get the job - because he’s shite, he has done nothing in the game of note and was on the verge of taking Leeds down.

The complete silence from the management and the comms team attests to this. They were happy to ride on the coattails of lucking out with Pearson and Sousa's squad building - and have hidden from the obvious errors they've made. It's the complete silence that convinces me none of them are up to the task of renewal.

No apologies, no ownership of mistakes, no plan for the future.

Abysmal crisis management.

Thank you, Khun Top. Thank you, Apichet. Thank you, Susan. Thank you for overseeing this memorable season.

Thank you, Simon Capper for signing off on all those ridiculous contracts.

Thank you, Jon Rudkin. Thank you for sticking with Rodgers for two years while he was crying out to be sacked because he knew he'd lost it.

I don't have a clue what you two do Andrew Neville and Anthony Mundy, but thank you for your contributions to ensuring we play in the second tier. The best tier.

Thank you, Nick Oakley. Whatever strategies you are in charge of really seems to have paid off. Well done.

Thank you, Anthony Herlihy. This season has been second to none as far as comms go so you've really been worth every penny of the money you've received from the club.

Thank you, Liam Dolan-Barr. Thank you (also) for signing off on all of those ridiculous contracts.

Lastly, thank you to Dan Barnett for the idea that £63 is in any way reasonable for a shirt that cost pennies to make.

Thank you all, LCFC Board. Thank you for your competence, diligence and care.

Now fvck off.

Don't forget the monks - those fekkers have got complacent as well & need to get back to the basics of chanting & dishing out the blessings

Let's be honest, next to no manager would've made a difference given the head job Rodgers had done on the squad and the state of half of it leaving in two games time. It's what makes us unique down the bottom compared to other teams.

The mentality was clear on display and has been growing ever since they knew they were seeing out contracts.

That is a management issue - both the actual manager and the board.

Did he also employ them when they sanctioned deals for Kante, Mahrez and Vardy? His only error was not sacking Rodgers 6 months ago. Bloody hell take a look at the owners at Everton who have spunked 500mill and look at their squad. Also teams like Derby, QPR, Birmingham. Be careful what you wish for we could do a lot worse than Top

So we can't blame top for congerton then?

Only two ways. Either the owners sell the club, or sack most of the current directors & replace them with people with real competence

Feel a bit sorry for the HR Director being dragged into this by Daggers thinking he has a say in player/footballing staff contracts lol

I think if that we’re the case, we would have to accept years of championship obscurity whilst they try and out together a team of leaders.

Are you saying the team aren't human?

Shame on you. That's like a breach of their human rights or something? Like, it's not fair?

Would it make it better if I said I just don't like his picture? Because I don't.

We just built one of the best training grounds in Europe and our owners we lauded as one of the best in the league 12 months ago

This is such a weird take.

Gary Glitter was lauded as a wonderful entertainer but we change our opinions of people based on the evidence

What exactly has Top done differently? We have the same directors that won us the league.

All top has done is invested more and more money in the club. It’s not Tops fault we’ve spunked 16mill on Vestergaard and 70k on his wages and done the same for the most recent 10x Rodgers signings.

Clung on to a manager like a bit of shit stuck to your arsehair that you just can’t shake off.
