Why disrupt everything and move when you're settled at a team in the same league? There's benefits of course, but not enough to pry him away from Ipswich.

Really? Don't think he will be working in a £100m training ground at Ipswich or have the highest wage bill in the league to play with. Surely we should be able to tempt managers from clubs newly promoted from League One?
