Just enjoy that we had it, which is still some damn achievement Even if someone does beat it, we still did it. Scoring 9 from home is really difficult regardless of money spent, hence it rarely happens. 3
Lionator Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 They still have a higher expected goals than we mustered in our home game with Arsenal last season.
Langston Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 All fun and games until you see Thomas Partey coming on, rotter.
OntarioFox Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 Stop it Arsenal, it's getting annoying having our away win record on the line every other week. 1

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 Arsenal are falling behind the required run rate.
ARTY_FOX Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 This makes me so happy. Know a sheff utd fan that was an absolute bell about us last season so keep it going.
StanSP Posted 4 March 2024 Posted 4 March 2024 Arsenal had a golden chance to absolutely smash way more than 9 past these lot. Bottled it 1

Nalis Posted 4 March 2024 Author Posted 4 March 2024 I'd accept 1-8, loads of people in my fpl have a couple of Arsenal defenders and I dont have any

LCFCJohn Posted 5 March 2024 Posted 5 March 2024 What was the point in them bringing back Wilder? What have they learnt? Nothing. May as well have stuck with Heckinbottom. If they were changing it as the stage they did, they may as well have brought someone young and forward thinking for the future. They just seem like they have less idea than we do and will just flit between Wilder and Heckingbottom rather than cast the net out. Contrast that to their neighbours in South Barnsley who were on something like 6 points when they brought in Rohl and are making a great fight of it.

StanSP Posted 5 March 2024 Posted 5 March 2024 Shame that any club trying to break that glass ceiling into the top 6 has to battle FFP/PSR almost with different rules to that of clubs in the top 6. And who do they sell their best player(s) to? Teams in the top 6 3

When one team can spend £100m+ on Declan Rice and the other can just about cover Oli Norwood's wages. These PSR regulations were the big six's revenge for not being allowed to join the Super League.
