purpleronnie Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 so no results going our way, guess we'll have to just keep winning then. 2

Spudulike Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 Tottenham get an extra 12 minutes to make sure they beat one of those nasty poor clubs. Rich club priviledge. We got 3 mins against Hull, ffs.
Number 6 Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 There's a handful of teams who have made very good starts. Think us sitting second for now is quite nice as it takes the focus off us a bit. Big game on Weds. 1

Very much play on the counter - their xG conversion is very high currently. They were excellent at excuting that v Stoke but sound fortunate today. Opposition has been fortunate 1
Wymsey Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 Warnock is set to leave Huddersfield, with the club reportedly having another manager ready to replace him.

Then he pretended he was getting subbed, walked to the bench, made a big drama of taking his gloves off, then decided he was staying on and took ages to put his gloves back on They got exactly what they deserved. 1 1

I watched quite a bit of it and it didn't seem an unfair amount at all 1

Arriba Los Zorros Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 I'm quite liking some of the teams fighting at the top of the Champ so far, us, Ipswich, Birmingham, Preston and Sunderland, Norwich. It has a distinctly late 90s feel about it.
Joe90lcfc Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 Certainly a myth the championship is a tough league, it’s a massive drop in standards of football compared to the prem, not saying we are great because I don’t think we are, but we a second so says it all
jammie82uk Posted 16 September 2023 Posted 16 September 2023 Blackburn v Middlesbrough today, linesman missed an offside for Middlesbrough goal, Blackburn players was running towards goal, boro player in the middle had already ran into offside position, cross happens and Boro player in the middle taps it in and ref awards goal
Popular Post Fazzer 7 Posted 17 September 2023 Popular Post Posted 17 September 2023 Overall Im happy without sodding var in this league. You'll win some and lose some. But eliminating all the breaks in play for checks is a bonus, for me anyway. 8

I can see Sunderland and possibly Ipswich lasting the course but yeah! Better to have these at the top than Leeds and Saints and Middlesbrough !
