Genuinely don't think I've ever watched Simms and gone "he's got potential". Everton proper conned Cov last summer.

Seeing Cov on the box at the moment, playing a meaningless game for them in a half empty ground  .... the phrase "losing the battle, but winning the war" springs to mind.

 

When Cov beat us earlier in the season, they thought all their dreams had come true, and they'd be beating us at Wembley in the Playoff Final.
