I know there is a lot of doom and gloom around at the moment but we have a state of the art training ground and the squad we will have will be one of the most equipped in the Championship next season. As an example someone like Ruud Van Nistelerooy might look at what Vincent Kompany has done with Burnley and might quite fancy building his way up to a Premier League job. Managing in the Championship is a step up from the Eredivisie. 1 1

Rafa isn't that he knows how to get a team defending and organized but he would need a full season. I think he would perfect right now. Sadly don't see him coming.
