They'll lose anyone who has looked half decent at PL level and will struggle to shift the multitude who haven't because they won't have proved themselves and will be on obscene wages. Financial bombscare.
Happy Fox Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 Forest bid 20m for that Norwich defender on loan at Rotherham..

HarryDee8 Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 Leicester lad Che Adams nearly joined wolves as striker, ahead of nacho

To be fair you don't technically "fail" a medical, it is more like a risk assessment Might be they there own medical team think he will take longer to recover than the medical team from Sunderland says or something like that, so it makes it not worth it 1
The Doctor Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 2 minutes ago, stu said: Odd, I thought it was well known he was already injured. You can pass a medical while injured, it's more of an assessment if you've got any underlying conditions that will cause problems. An existing injury won't fail it unless there's reasonable concerns that you won't recover from it properly. 1

fazzyfox Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 "Forest's Greek goalkeeper arrived with his baby following a medical an hour ago". Crikey that's medical science gone mad . Rumour has it the owner then tried to sign them both plus a random jogger who was just passing the City Ground.

On a serious note, how the hell have they signed so many players in the last 2 seasons. Surely this will catch up with them eventually. 1

But it'd also have to catch up with Chelsea and City, which it won't, so they'll probably be fine providing they stay in the division. And if they're more sensible than us (which isn't remotely hard) with managing contract situations it's likely they'll see a return on the majority of outlays. 1 or 2 of them maybe even make them a profit, suddenly it's a smaller issue. 1
Sly Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 Forest have signed two players today, that we’ve previously been linked with. It’ll be interesting to see how they get on.
casablancas Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 How has Greenwood signed on loan for getafe? I thought his contract was torn up?
