I've just watched the goals from last night and I don't think he is directly responsible for any of them.

1 no marking inside him

2 Offside

3 CB not clearing the ball

4 Deflection

5 Poor back pass by Okoli

He has made mistakes this season yes, but lets not put every goal down to him.  We need to get behind some very talented players we have at this club.

But he gives up so easily. Evident in the second goal, at one point he is aware the player is there but then just stops running, as if he thinks they're going to score anyway. True that the free kick was deflected but Justin turns his head the wrong way? Surely if he wants to head that ball he turns left away from goal not right.

The best of James Justin was his overlapping and underlapping. His strength was his running. Running on to balls rather running with it. Always felt he was better going forward from right back but better defensively at left back.

The only thing we can hope for is Cooper has a reputation for over estimating the time it takes for an injury to recover. Otherwise we are down to 1 fit right back in JJ who is long term out of form defensively and yet who is expected to play in a superhuman role as a wing back and a traditional fullback AT THE SAME TIME in Cooper’s bizarre lob sided formation that he uses when Ricardo is unavailable/not selected.

Tbh all the players look drained, have regressed and have zero motivation......I think how most of us feel about it all right now!

This, we look exhausted for much of the matches. I don't think it's physical exhaustion though, I think the players are just not behind it.

Just watched his interview on Amazon prime, what a lovely man. Only on for another 10 days if you not seen it yet

For those who don't want to pay for Prime, what was mentioned?

I don’t think he is poor. Just being exposed a bit by the formation.

Southgate dragging in at half time on his debut won’t have helped confidence.

Just rewatched all the goals we have conceded this season and I know it's subjective but I think JJ has been at fault for at least 50% of them or could have at least done better to prevent them whether it's blocking a crossing, putting a tackle in or just not stupidly pushing up to a player like he did against Fulham to leave Iwobi in acres of space.

I've classed the Palace one as technically his mistake as he played Mateta onside that's why there is the asterisk.

Sorry but goal coming from your side doesn't mean it's your fault.

Fulham's first goal for example. Vestergaard is to tight and can't get back, beaten far to easily, Justin comes inside to cover as he should but then Fatawu doesn't track back so Justin ends up having to deal with two players. One of which ends up scoring.

Not being funny, he has been the absolute pits all season. Prior to second goal, he's basically pretended to be injured, wasn't and stayed down, left us short they score and we are out of the game. Absolutely pathetic from him.

I thought he was fouled by shithouse Cucurella but with the ref clearly not giving us much and playing on, he should’ve got up and ran back. Time to give Hamza a go and let him invert.

he got clattered and it was a foul, the issue was no one filled in

It was probably a foul, but he clearly wasn't injured. Soon as realised the foul wasn't given he should've been up and running back. May or May not have stopped the goal but its an awful footballer mentality.

Exactly this. Foul or not is irrelevant. Faes ended up doing 2 jobs and trying to tell Ayew how to cover... just another goal gifted because of Justin.

Definitely should have been a foul. He gave every single one of those to Cucurella so absolutely no consistency. But no surprise everyone digging him out even when he was actually decent for a change.
