Definitely should have been a foul. He gave every single one of those to Cucurella so absolutely no consistency. But no surprise everyone digging him out even when he was actually decent for a change.

He was doggo first half routinely caught out of position when defending.

Yeah he was so poor. Even basic passing was too much for him

He's crap at the moment but even Cafu would be getting hammered in this system/structure. When Ricardo came in, we were being exposed in exactly the same way.

Think it's compounded by having Faes next to him who's been even worse this season.

can honestly say hes not good enough, hes so so incredibly poor

rather BDR at RB/RWB than him

hes been poor all season and no one can say otherwise, its probably the worst ive seen from a leicester player in the premier league

He played in a European Semi final against Roma a couple of years ago.

Generational downfall, can't think of a player of ours that has ever fallen off so badly.

Youri in our relegation season.

JJ is actually a myth….he had a VERY good 5/6 months before he got his first injury.

Pretty poor before and afterwards.

Whilst I sympathise with the structure Cooper forced him into, there’s a very basic level of effort required. You can’t just give 100% effort when you’re bursting forward but then stroll about when you’re defending. As a RB, your primary job is to defend which is something Justin did not even attempt to do today in parts.

He’s always out of position, but what winds me up most is that he always seems to be ‘nice’ to the opposition, chatting and smiling , asking them if there ok if he’s challenged them.he needs to be more aggressive, dare say ‘nastier’ as well as having positional awareness to make a half decent defender.

I think we need to see what Ruud wants to do with our fullbacks.  JJ has had a hard time of it through a combination of tactical changes for the fullbacks, system changes to the team and of course his own individual errors or shortcomings. If Ruud went with an inverted fullback and JJ played LB like the back end of last season that might be a suitable solution for him as VK doesn't want to do that.  Outside of that his place in the team is probably safe due to a lack of options.  Unless Ruud is ok playing someone out of position there.

Do Luton want him back? Honestly we need to bin him asap, scoring a goal or two doesn’t mask him from his defensive responsibilities, and he’s awful in that department.
