Like to see Ricardo again in the full back in defensive situations, into the pivot midfield when in possession. The concern is; does any other full back have the technical ability to do it if/when he's not available?

JJ didn’t look as comfortable but still seemed he could do the job there to me.

Based on the injuries to Fofana in 2021 and Ricardo in 2022, let's make sure we play nobody we actually like in the last friendly of pre-season.

I just hope both of them stay fit. JJ on the other side will give pace to the back three when defending against a counter.

In a sadistic sort of way, it would be quite funny watching someone like Ndidi go straight for Maddison, injuring him ….. then watching the Spurs meltdown.
