The fact he’s still here is indicative of the cultural standards at the club. Seagrave being run like a holiday camp. Ruud was a shit manager but he tried and failed to change it and paid the price.

 

Marti needs the backing of the board to shift all the arseholes out of the club, but as we all know Aiyawatt loves to cosy up to the players.

Said this before but he shouldn’t be near this team. Not because his the worst player, it’s because his attitude is shite and we need a clear out at all costs those that bring this team down. I think @st albans fox did a good write up that explained the cumulative effects on motivation of the whole squad by one or two individuals and that this negativity outweighs anything they add to the squad. And this same goes for Faes, we need them out. I’d rather lose with Louie Page and a headless Chicken like Skipp trying than seeing the half hearted nonsense we’ve been served up lately.

Marti inherited a mess & has struggled to make to make something of it. There will need to be a major cleanup & hopefully the City brain trust can supply him with some decent players.  Top needs to remove himself from the every day running of the club & punt Rudkin upstairs before the next window

I'm not sure how many clubs would be interested !! He obviously wants to play for a London club but will probably need to take a wage cut.

Arrogant, overpaid and goes missing in big moments/for large spells. 

Hopefully today’s the start of Marti getting a grip on some of these & freezing them out/getting them off the books, give the fans a side they can relate to and support for 90 minutes every game! 
 

Skipp’s time to make that CM his own, today was a fantastic start!

Definitely off in the next six months, then. A shame really because he seemed a really good signing at the start but three managers have fallen out with him, clear pattern there.
