I think that's a Premier League rule for clubs in the Premier League only.

Pretty sure FIFA rule is 3 from one club.

If he goes to Southampton on loan, it will be a real shame, really poor from us in my opinion if he was ever an option. Glad we have jannick and souttar though.  May they both never leave 😂

Nixon saying we’re in the mix to get him on loan because nobody is paying the 15 million. Saying us, Southampton, Burnley and Leeds.

Already posted in the thread, from John Percy at the Telegraph. Why we've decided not to sign him I don't know, but we aren't!

 

Either someone else is coming in, or someone has stepped up. Maybe a player that previously said he wasn't going to play for him change their minds? The mind boggles.

I believe that Harwood-Bellis is in the last year of his contract so Man C want a sale. If he is loaned out he will have to sign an extension.
