Do THB and McAtee look very similar ?
One of them is at Seagrave for sure

In all seriousness, if you don’t know what they look like,  how would you know (there are several possible answers to this question and I wouldn’t want to get you into trouble with your employer or source)?

There's that much talk & excitement around new players that I forget we have Coady waiting to come back.

Slightly off topic, I know, but I feel once he comes in for Vesty, we'll be much better.

I thought today was the deadline. We have another day of this.

Just realised the exact same thing! No wonder it's seemed a little quiet!

Could this be our most exciting deadline day, ever?!

It’s usually pretty boring on our part, business is usually underwhelmingly done going into deadline day, no ins, no outs.

With plenty of work left to do it’s certainly intriguing.

Well with 6.5 hours left this predictions looking pretty meh.

Staying with the tried and test underwhelming business.

For me personally, it's more about shifting those 'bodies' out so much as 'bringing bodies in', obviously we'd need to replace though.

I'd like to think we may see Will Alves incorporated into the 1st team over the next 2-3 months, so it may be that the club see him as a wide option as well.

I suspect we will see a couple of players coming in, in the wide areas.

AFCON is a concern for Jan/Feb, albeit, maybe the plan is to play Vardy and Mavididi up front for that period.  Clearly, there is a moment coming, where we have to fully replace Vardy and possibly Kel / Daka, i'm just not sure you make that purchase whilst you are in the championship... Are we really going to secure a PL quality striker at this level? It would just mean having to buy twice.

Underwhelming day so far, seems we are still stuck with a lot of the players the manager wanted to shift on frozen out and now he has the job of reintegrating unhappy players into the squad.

Young loanee maybe ?

So it was MCAtee at the training ground with his Agent but he just didn’t fancy it

The lure of Premier League football just too much despite Sheffield Utd surely being relegation fodder

I can understand him wanting to go back to the Blades after winning promotion with them last year. He knows the team and it's a chance to reap the rewards and step up the level.

To me the real mystery is why was he considering Leicester, why did he bother to come and check us out?

He must have been pretty tempted by us.
