Are Leicester resorting to man City tactics in cynically fouling opponents to slow down play resulting and amassing in 25 yellows in 10 games played?

Probably but not just Man City it’s become par for the league we’re just late to it.

I don't think 2.5 bookings a match is bad.

Genuinely not something I'd even thought about. I suspect its because we commit so many players in attacking positions, similar to Man City that teams will hit us on the counter. Part and parcel of this style of football.

I don’t think it's coincidental that the top 3 all have some of the highest card counts (us, Ipswich and Preston all on 26) with Birmingham (24) not far behind. That's four of the top 6...

I've increasingly noticed the ability of some teams and players to push their physical play right to the edge of the envelope while still not getting on the ref's naughty list.  It is definitely a skill, one that I simultaneously admire and detest in opponents.

Sometimes (like now in the Championship) players are trying to compensate for a comparative lack of skill.  Sometimes (like in the EPL) it's just the way the team or player plays.

I also agree that Leicester has needed more physical play (within reason) from many of our players for a while.  One of the reasons I like Hamza is he is not afraid to put in a crunching tackle -- and nowadays he (mostly) has the sense to not go too far.

Why are so many people desperate to find the cloud with our massive silver lining?

Am I the only one who is beginning to find that winning every match is a bit boring...
