Abdul is a complete lunatic, I love him. The new Schlupp but not as thick.

When he didn't even realise we'd avoided relegation in the great escape season lol

The last 2 wins will give the squad massive confidence.

Easy wins are one thing, these last 2 have been tough and we have found a way.

Controlled the game well but still lacking fluency going forward. I've got no problem with patient build up but there were so many examples today of players going backwards for the sake of it when it was just as easy to move the ball up the pitch. That just allowed QPR to get back into their shape. Still, there's been alot of these performances this season and we're 13 wins out of 14. Let's step it up again on Friday

There was a dappled autumnal sunlight. An ethereal glow over the Loftus Road playing surface, with the Harvest rays reflecting off the "burnt apricot" shirt of Marc Albrighton and enhancing the shimmer of the tanned legs of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, resplendent in his teeny tiny shinpads, as he deftly allowed the ball run across him on the half-turn for the 15th time.

And I wondered where I had seen such illuminated pulchritude before. Such warm October hues.

Steady, this is Stuart Hall-esque.

Very much this. The whole premise of Enzo ball is to pull teams out of shape and make openings. If you don’t then exploit those openings you just allow the opposition back into shape. Too much of that today. But we won, so happy days. Might be a different tale against Leeds.

And the game would've been lost with Brendan saying that we were too passive, need more aggression but we'll work on it in training.

Whilst I agree we were not at our best I totally do not understand how people thought QPR were unlucky.  Turn it on its head, if we played like they did and they played like us then I guarantee that most people would be saying we deserved absolutely nothing out of the game and they were miles better than us.  OPINION.

I loved how delighted Winks was at scoring, and then how much everyone in the team was pleased for him scoring such a wondergoal. Team spirit looks bloody great right now.

Also I'm only half awake and initially thought Adel Taraabt still somehow played for QPR but was shorter and ran more. Then realised that was Ilias Chair. Wouldn't mind us going back after him in January, he's busy and could work well with how we play.

I hope we smash Leeds into absolute smithereens. I have an irrational level of hatred for them.

good win today,

think im more pleased Winks and KDH didnt get booked lol

KDH was dragging Winks back from the crowd in the celebrations after the 2nd goal.

Luckily ref didn't spot it or do anything about Winks celebrating with the fans. Some other refs would have booked him.

Win the game and move on. You get the same points from a 2-1 as a 5-1. If goal difference is an issue then we've ballsed it hugely.

Great to see Winks get a goal.
