Hope we bring Ricky off.

Doesn't need to be risked.

It would if he can do the number 8 instead of Akgun, but Marcel needs a full game and it would be very harsh to take Albrighton off early.

Depends if Albrighton still has it in the tank to see it out. Love Albrighton, but more important to try out maswanhise for a bit surely?

Thing is - he’s consistently looked to make those runs into the box when he’s played for us.

Periera’s goal the week before evidence of that.

Yea, considering we utilise wingers and wingbacks we aren't that interested in crossing. Albrighton must be the difference there. Still one of the best crossers in the country and too old to change that to suit a new style now. Hah!

Are the radio Leicester commentators working for Milwall? When we attack or score they sound flat but have been waxing lyrical about Milwall despite being 2 down at halftime.

They get bored with us winning lol

Millwall had a fantastic half, peppered our goal with shots, but are 2-0 down.

Football, it's a funny old game lol

Not a surprise to see a disjointed performance with so many changes, but also a testament to Enzo and his team's coaching that we can score goals like the second one.

Good to see Casadei starting to show why we brought him here as well. Had looked lightweight and all style with little substance up to now, but seeing him slam dunk that defender into the net with the ball was decent.

He has been superb

When they come along, chances need to be taken. They have probably been the better side for much of that half, but we don’t look like we’ve broken sweat. Stolarczyk has been fantastic, some great saves and loos good with his feet.

Nelson been good, Casadei and Yunus auditioning for Ndidi’s role and both doing very well.

Happy enough with that…

Not watching. How are we playing ?

Not great. Some really slick play though but Millwall have had far more chances. Though it's one of those weird games where we've been under pressure but it doesn't necessarily feel like it (if that makes sense!)

They have certainly had chances but I don’t think the tight angle ones where they have pretty much only got Stolarczyk to aim at are that easy to score

Definitely should have scored that free header from a corner though

Literally just heard him say Milwall dominated possession when the stats show we have 62% possession.

Not too shabby at the moment.

Observations

Bit easy to open up down the left, but Doyle's just coming back and Wanya hasn't played in forever.

Stolarczyk doesn't fully look comfortable with the ball, but hard to judge him now we're used to Mads 😅.

Lovely goals. When we carve opportunities we look like we're playing against training cones.

Ricky P is everywhere. Nelson is growing into the game. Hamza is doing the Winks role well and getting some biting tackles in. Casadei looks pretty good today! That turn from Cannon was tasty. Yunus is doing alright—he's our most creative outlet. Just not able to get on the ball much.
