Swarles Barkley Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 Superb composure. Looks like another great signing
Guest BlueBrett Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 brilliant first touch with it dropping over his shoulder and the goalkeeper rushing at him on his blindside like that. super cool

BigGibbo Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 That was a wild ball from Doyle (after I dissed him 😂) and perfect finish from Cannon again.

Tuna Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 Watched his Preston goals before the Huddersfield game and they are all good finishes, he takes his time to pick his spot - as has been said excellent composure. Still only 21 and he already looks a steal. Great future in the game! 1

Perfect and quick decision making for all of his finishes including the one he nearly scored before their goal. The Harry Kane comparisons are going to get boring soon 👍 Edited 6 January 2024 by BigGibbo

DJ Barry Hammond Posted 6 January 2024 Posted 6 January 2024 2 minutes ago, BigGibbo said: Don't think he quite suits us. Would always rather have Justin at left back over him and Nelson in CB over him if we're blooding youth. Would like to send him back and get a new natural left back as competition for Justin unless he's happy staying as a good squad player. This reactionary, “player has bad game, get rid” attitude is just not helpful. For one, having a constant turnover in a squad is not helpful for building relationships and wastes coaching time. But two - it’s quite possible to have a performance that’s not fully reflective of a players true quality, for example when coming back from injury. Case in point, people weren’t happy with Justin playing there when he started deputising for Doyle. 2
