Pretty sure it's mostly the Algerians who refer to Mahrez as Mehrez, i always assumed it was a kind of variant on the name.

I'd have liked to see Coady for Faes and maybe Cannon for Daka but let's see how it goes.

JJ is faster but can't give Chelsea the ball from the bench. Ward is just there to give the drinks out I think 🤔.

Surprised to see a strong side, but perhaps the thinking is to give the first team a taste of what it’s like to play in these big games and stadiums - and hopefully give them an extra boost for the last 9 games.

If we try our usual tactics, we will get trounced. Cannot sit back and invite pressure on against a top team like Chelsea. Best form of defence is most definitely attack today. Nothing to lose really.

We will find out today, Jannik unfortunately not blessed with pace and I’m just a tad worried that Sterling will roast him today.
