fofana was pretty meh at burnley from what i saw. A couple of tap ins made it seem like he did better than he did.

Hurchinson would be the move as he’s argubly better than kdh

KDH was one of the best performing players in the Championship last year. Omari while doing well in a successful team his personal stats putting him outside the top ten in key metrics. KDH stats last year set him head and shoulders above Omari. However what u like about Omari is his versatility attacking mid - left right or centre - that could be useful for us.

The problem is KDH saying he will only go to Chelsea or stay at the club strengthens Chelsea position on top of knowing that we need to sell desperately to avoid PSR.

It’s quite late in the day though, and if we take a player as a swap Im sure we will be quite creative with it to suit both teams.

There was a report yesterday Ipswich had bid £22m and he was open to signing for them in advanced talks.

How do these swap deals help PSR?

We've gone from a world of very rare swap deals, to a transfer window made up of almost entirely swap deals.

Presumably it wouldn't actually be a swap deal, but separate deals so that the full value can be used for the KDH sale?

Its not a swap but 2 over inflated transfer values between 2 clubs.

Did he actually say that or are the words for 'ITK's'?

I seriously hope we're not thinking of bringing Casadei back, he was mostly anonymous during his loan spell. Broja wouldn't be a bad option with Iheanacho leaving.

It doesn’t, it suggests he wants to go to Chelsea over a Brighton…..

I get that and I’d imagine he’ll end up there as the players mentioned by Telegraph don’t mention him but Chelsea will way up their options with nothing signed I’d imagine Chelsea will do what’s best for Chelsea to get the player they want over the line.

Also he’d be a downgrade on KDH so ideally we wouldn’t want this deal to compromise mostly of the £20 odd million the Omari is valued at, we need the cash to comply with PSR.

One of my personal highlights of last season was Casadei being recalled by his parent club.

It was a huge dollop of good fortune. He was crap

It’s better for us if KDH has two transfer options, where the clubs are competing against each other, in a stronger negotiating position than if only one club were bidding without any competition.

KDH is no doubt a talent but I'm not so sure he's at Chelsea level. He was alright for us in the Prem but by no means was he a stand out.

It's clearly a signing to appease Enzo..

For us if we get the money plus two young Chelsea players it's good business.

I'd prefer two good young Chelsea players

And also with the premier league warning teams this week that they are investigating loop hole breaches we can say the inflated price is due to competition between teams.

Does anybody know if we still get a points deduction after this deal as we have avoided a PSR breach?

For 22-23 yes, as that is done and sentencing is underway, this deal is to head off 23-24 pains

This is as far as I understand, which is barely past the end of my nose tbh.
