There are still no confirmed dates or opponents for City’s pre-season, but plans are being worked on and it’s understood there will be both matches in Europe and the UK. It’s expected that fixtures will be announced in a couple of blocks, rather than as and when each friendly is finalised.

Roma are spending the second half of preseason based at St George’s Park and one of the articles mentioned they might be playing a couple prem sides, could be one for the KP

I get the delay on manager etc. 

 

But i can’t remember a time when details about pre season and a new shirt have been left so late. 
 

Complete goal of revealing your shirt in early June was get people wearing it for their summer holidays and then leave another space for everyone to buy the away shirt in August, 

 

Feels weirdly contemptible

Coalville have essentially folded there men’s teams and started again lower down the pyramid. Wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t fulfil that fixture now.

Nice town Shrewsbury, or at least it was last time i went there, but that was a while ago now when they played at Gay Meadow, which i think was a bit more central than the new stadium.

Still a lovely town, loads of decent ye olde worlde boozers and around the river is lovely.  

 

The stadium is slightly further out but very easy to get to from the centre.    

 

I'll be going to this one hopefully.

Went to the last pre season game we had against them. Easy trip and nice enough ground/town. 
 

Think it was a Saturday/Sunday that time though?

I went to the one in 2009 when we were 4-0 up after 30 minutes that was on a Saturday.
