He’s absolutely made for wrexham imagine the air time he can get.

If we can get a small fee like 1-2 Million then it could cover a free transfer wages for 2/3 years?  No idea if thats possible or if we even realise we need to sign anyone.

Hopefully Faes goes as well. But I wonder if Coady out will mean, Mepham in..

We will have Nelson, Okoli, Faes and Yannik. I’d say we end up getting rid of another before we bring someone like that in.

Edit- And Souter in Jan.

Take the podcast Prince, please

How do wrexham have all this buying power without PSR risks?

Wrexham's can potentially spend significantly in the Championship. They can lose up to £39m over a three-year period while adhering to PSR.

Wrexham's 2023-24 loss of £2.7m will be included in next season's PSR calculation.. so they have quite a lot to spend really compared to others teams.

I also recon they do well with sponsorship deals etc, and a fairly low wage bill till this season.

You were right until the wage bill part. They’ll have some big wages in that squad

The PSR they are allowed is about a third of the Premier league level, and the prems average wage is apparently 60k a week.

According to football industry data website Capology.com, Wrexham had the third-highest payroll in League One this term. The total players' salaries are estimated at a gross amount of £205,200 per week or £10.67m per year.
Leicester City FC's (Championship) Estimated Total Gross Salaries for the 2025-2026 Season is £52,286,000, or £1,005,500 per week, so there's a pretty big difference between the two.

Surely, they’ve all got relegation clause, as per the last time we got relegated.

whilst our revenue might drop by as much as if not more than 50%, I don’t think that’s as much as a relegation clause will reduce their wages., so we are still paying a higher price than a ‘good’ championship wage on championship income
