Yay! I just become a FoxesTalk 'LCFC Legend'. I feel like I've completed some weird social computer game. It only took me ELEVEN YEARS!

Just how big is this club?

Who completed it fastest?

Who took the longest?

What percentage of posters are 'Legends'?

Do I now retire?

Do you remember your first post? - Mine was about Nigel Pearson and Chris Powell being 'Good cop' & 'Bad cop'. Col was the first to reply back in 2013 saying 'Good first post'! Thanks Col.

Are there better ways to spend your time? I renamed myself AnAwayMove because the time I spend on here moves me further away from goals I want to move closer to in other aspects of my life.

I wonder if the thread I just discovered on here about ex-FoxesTalkers is full of people who've realised the same? I am addicted though. Can't imagine not being on here myself.

I don’t think you’ll get the answer to your questions, however we have lots of stats in the leaderboards questions.

Congratulation!

You have saved Princess @Mark and live together happily ever after.

You have completed FoxesTalk.

Return to main menu?

Decent rep point to post ratio, which - let's face it - is all that matters to any of us.

True 🤣 - although not an accurate representation of overall content quality for those of us posting on here in the years before rep was introduced

If you've any sense.

(I don't.)

You'll be getting your 20 years service badge in 18 months time

Tbf if there were negative rep I'd probably be down a few hundred thousand for posts about Andy King alone.

We really ought to lower the Legend threshold, there aren't nearly enough of us.

Personally I'd say the opposite. Legend is just an over used term these days, we should only really consider the smallest handful of people true legends of the forum.

I mean @An Away Move is far more just a cult hero really isn't he at most.

From one legend to another, thanks for the reminder! This Friday will be my 10th anniversary as a FoxesTalker.

I have more rep points than posts but have never won a day.

Guess I'm definitely more tortoise than hare.

It's a complex equation formulated from an algorhythm of your T.I.T. (typical input totaliser) as follows:-

L/P (likes / Posts) x Cheese Puns & Fish Puns squared + inflatable dinosaur mentions divided by daily “Get Pearson Back” In thread start ups minus 50 points for repeated pictures of that Snooker ref bird x the square route of your survey responses vs end result of survey, a ten per cent  swing depending on which Fan Group you pledge allegiance to or criticise, 10 point bonus per "Gerrimin" in transfer thread, a 20% threshold bonus premium for posting on quieter days such as International breaks, points added / deducted for speling punchation and grandma, bonus points for winning each day by saying something blatantly popular for the sake of accruing likes, minus points for criticising fazzyfox's masterful use of photoshop, lifetime achievement award status for writing a piece on Rudkin without using a rude word, then all our names are put in a hat and a blindfolded chimpanzee randomly pulls a few out which are then classified as a "Legend".

More rep points than posts? You’re far too nice!

I’ve won the day twice. In my mind that makes me kind of equivalent to Alex Higgins. A Foxestalk double World Champion.

And there was me thinking I got mine for infrequently reminding everyone about Thracian, apes, and setting up the secret inner circle (that doesn’t exist).

We need an old school badge for the real legends.
