Not got an ounce of pride in this team, they aren’t bothered.

I think they are bothered. I just think they play with fear.

A typical English trait worried about making mistakes and being hounded by the public and press for it.

Remember when Southgate didn’t bring Vardy on in the semi v Croatia, cos he loved Kane so much. That said it all. Vardy was top prem goal scorer and best striker in the league.

Remember it??! Barely a week goes by when I don't have a rant to some poor unsuspecting football friend about it.

I agree to some extent. But surely GS and the psychological mentors should be able to change that and change negativity into positives and determination to prove doubters and critics wrong.

This is shite.

Shite would be an improvement, I’ve had more exciting experiences sat in a traffic jam on the M1.

You'd like to hope so but I think GS is as shit scared as the players are.

Too safe, too cautious, too rigid, too much pressure from every angle to finally win something.

Just play people in the same position they do for their clubs and let them go out and express themselves.

It always looks hard work playing for England rather than a joy.
