In the first half Ronaldo booted a free kick over and Guy Mowbray got a chode on about how Oblak was "nowhere near it" when a) he was and b) the free-kick went over? I can boot the ball into the stands and say the keeper got nowhere near it, Guy

Ronaldo's decline is just being straight up ignored by commentators. Real Emperor's New Clothes stuff.

 

He's nearly 40 and plays in a league that's League One standard with a smattering of yesterday's men on stupid wages, it really shouldn't be so controversial to say his peak was years back.
