Who’s fault is this Rudkin or Top not being able to juggle between KP LCFC & Leuven so therefore giving Rudkin far too much power at city, I’m sure this definitely would not be run if Vichai  ( god rest his amazing soul ) was still with us, the board need to see that Cooper is over his head at City and remove him asap yes it’s going to cost a few quid bud not as much In Lost revenue and forthcoming punishment and Sanctions that boy they are waiting to hit us with if we drop back down to the EFL time to bite the bullet now time to save our Premier League safety and not think oh well there’s 3 more worse teams below us we’ll be fine WE FUCHING WONT Leicester sort out this schitt now before it’s far too late !

Pretty sure @Miquel The Work Geordie 1 year old could do a better job on punctuation than this, once she stops crying.

A Club statement on BC.Game…

A Club Spokesman said: "We have been and continue to be in regular discussions with BC.Game with regard to an active legal case in Curacao. BC.Game have provided the Club with the strongest assurances that they are actively appealing this case, and that the process which has been initiated in Curacao is administrative in nature and has not arisen due to any concerns with their financial standing.

"BC.Game have further assured us that they have no issues with liquidity and that they remain fully committed to meeting their ongoing contractual and financial obligations, including to the Club, and that this case will not impact on BC.Game’s continuing international operations."

Sounds dodgy AF.

https://tribuna.com/amp/en/news/2024-11-19-leicester-citys-frontofshirt-sponsor-bcgame-declared-bankrupt/

Online gambling platform BC.Game has been declared bankrupt by the Court of Curaçao four months after becoming Leicester City's main shirt sponsor for the 2024/25 season, reports casinonieuws.nl.

The Court of Curaçao announced bankruptcy for Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V., two operating companies behind the brand. Following an initially dismissed petition in early October, evidence revealed significant player fund losses between April 30 and August 10, when operational control shifted from Blockdance to Small House.

The Court highlighted both companies' failure to meet payment obligations and regulatory requirements, including Small House's non-compliance with Curaçao's licensing conditions.

Two players have filed substantial claims against BC.Game, with amounts of $1.48 million and $680,000. These funds disappeared during the transition period between Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V.'s handover. A third claim of $10,948.50 remains disputed, with Blockdance asserting settlement through account credit.

"I wasn't worried until you told me not to worry."

I read that statement to tell us BC Game haven't actually paid for their sponsorship yet, so we could be ducked

In case anyone missed it earlier in the thread… this is where my investigation took me in the summer… (copied and pasted from a LinkedIn post, excuse the formatting). Essentially it’s near impossible to know if the Curacao thing is important… as the company itself is a tangled web of lies and fake profiles.

Edit* Just to add, the current listed owner/CEO on their website is an American man called Chris Butler. Not a lot of info available on him....

_________

Part 1: Ahh yes, the wonderful “BC Games”. Apparently owned by a company in Malta called Media Games Malta. On the list of dodgy leaks from the Paradise papers (Curacao)

Fronted by a “Raymond Busuttil” whose registered address is a tiny bookmakers on a random street in Malta.

Now usually that means BC got their gaming licence in Malta like many others. However the Maltese gambling authorities quickly distanced themselves from BC. BC themselves now state their European gaming licence is from the Isle of Man with a registered address in Curaçao and a gambling licence there also.

Theyre also well known to be “VPN friendly” and not big on ID. Basically means anyone in the UK can use their services with a good VPN… even children! Another big thumbs up their for my club 🙈

Part 2 - In Curacao they were owned by a company called “BlockDance BV” whose managing director appears to be a 29 year old Turkish man called Umut Tuncel who doesn’t appear to have any digital footprint… all perfectly normal…

According to a recent article they were bought by “Small House BV”…. Since the day of the takeover, it appears none of their players have won any money and most online forums are calling the company a scam/fraud website who are buying fake reviews on trustpilot (where they have now been banned!!)

YESTERDAY… yes yesterday.. when you announced this sham deal, the Swedish gambling authority banned Small House in Sweden for allowing Swedish residents to play without having a licence to trade in their country.

Oh… and "Small House" are owned by IGA Group through “IGA Fund” in Caracao, which brings us back to Malta, they're Malta's 'Most reliable Igaming consultancy firm' not to mention their dealings with tax avoidance.

Sound guys, nice work. All perfectly legal…

Funny.... no one at IGA Group - iGamingAdvisors have mentioned this wonderful deal. Strange given they're your 'owners'

Our shirt sponsor goes bust and all of a sudden that's Coopers fault?  It has to be someone on the corporate side and that isn't Cooper.  Yes, we are poorly run at the minute, we seem to be stumbling from one disaster to another but to blame Cooper for this is quite frankly absurd.

Think I posted this in wrong topic 🤯

This is mental. I suppose at the end of the day the club has saw it as 'the highest bidder gets to put their logo on our shirt', no questions asked because in reality it seems like it's all a massive scam and a hoax of a company. If the club were bothered and did even the slightest bit of research they would have found this out the day their bid was submitted.

I think the club knew exactly what they were doing and £40m worth of KP funds have been conveniently funneled through about 8 different holding companies and into our club accounts.

I'm not sure where this latest update stands in the 'plan' but I wouldn't be surprised if, for example, we now pull them from our shirts with KP going back on and £20m more being added to our accounts in time for January.

That fills me with unwavering confidence.

Hopefully they have the same law firm that wiggled us out of the PL FFP challenges!

Won't miss that horrid logo on the shirts.

Really nice to once again log on to foxestalk and see our fans without a single nice thing to say about our King Power overlords. How were they to know the dodgy gambling company they set up to pump loads of morally questionable cash into us would go bust?

Thanks to them they gave the city of Leicester a football club to support and this is the thanks they get

SAD and disappointing but not at all surprising to see on here
