"BC.Game have further assured us that they have no issues with liquidity and that they remain fully committed to meeting their ongoing contractual and financial obligations, including to the Club, and that this case will not impact on BC.Game’s continuing international operations."

News | Leicester City

This reminds me of

Monday "LCFC have refused Brian Little permission to speak to Aston Villa and have reported AVFC for their illegal approach to him"

And we know what happened on the Tuesday.

Even if the BC Game HQ burned down, directors were killed in a plane crash and the bank froze their assets, the club would insist there was no issue.

That'd probably still be better news than them going bankrupt lol

I'm not saying that the club got everything wrong in their decision making this summer, but I am saying that we're probably going to be the first Premier League club to need a new manager AND a new sponsor before Christmas.

Chill everyone. Ive just contacted the board and offered to take over the sponsorship.

Ive offered $20 million (to be paid on August 1st) for the front of shirt.

Totally legit and i think a GREAT design!

My main concern on this would be the use of comic sans in the company branding. It screams money laundering

Bad news, Fatawu is out for the season, but good news, Daka is available.

You're still thinking about the bad news aren't you?

There’s just bad news and irrelevant news Sol

Vote today taking place on "favourable ownership" sponsors.

Makes me think the club absolutely knew this vote was happening, and one of them has thought they're some kind of mastermind with the idea of pumping all the King Power money in through BC Game.

If that comes to light that that's happened then we're going to look like a really shit version of cheating Man City.

There's a big difference between "Favourable ownership" sponsorship which is reasonably transparent in that it's obvious a clubs owner has investment in a company that will sponsor there team.... and what we (may) have done which is use a front to launder our owners money into our club....

Yeah suppose it's not like King Power ever even paid a decent amount for stadium name rights

I am shocked, shocked that there is anything dodgy about this sponsor.

It's actually a disgrace this.

FBS was exactly the same in how low budget and shit it looked. Absolutely no consideration whatsoever for how bad it looks having such a shit company attached to our club.

There's no way that any competent club goes for these kind of sponsors over reputable household names who probably offer a bit less in return. You don't just go for the highest bidder no matter what. The amounts we are talking too are not worth the risk.

The best case scenario is the club are doing something even more dodgy to maximise profits. What a time to be a Leicester City fan.
