Is that why they appointed Enzo?

I am no can of Cooper and feel he is well out of his depth but I feel we would be nowhere near 10 points this season if Enzo was still our manager trying to play Enzoball with this squad in this league.

Why has he not gone yet?

Now is the biggest chance we’ll have all season.

Board won’t do it though. We are, once again, going to sleep walk to relegation under this inept tenure.

I’ve lost my fandom for him BUT very hard to sack him WHEN he’s in a position we would all take now AND we are a few pts clear of the drop zone

I think we would be on around the same, if not slightly better.

The familiarity and cohesion would’ve counted for points here and there.

Club made the wrong appointment in the summer.

Board won't act until:

Dressing room is lost (but he plays Vardy when fit so has him on board).

Long run of consecutive defeats (which we might have started on).

We fall into the bottom three.

I think we would be several points better off and comfortably in mid-table. Enzo is no Russell Martin - he'd have adapted his tactics if it was clear they weren't working.

What can he do when the players are not good enough. Faes thinks he is much better than he is. Vesty is too slow. If Ricardo was injured we only have Justin. VK is better than LT. Should we just play a 9 0 1 formation? The players we have in defence  are not good enough. January will be the time  he can wheel and deal. If not him then someone else. If it is someone else Moyes would be my pick as he is a good manager but don't expect to be thrilled/entertained.Ask West Ham fans.

We pretty much already play a 9-0-1 formation. The negativity around our set up is astounding.

I doubt he would have he is the most stubborn manager we have ever had and often said he would never change his tactics, last season you knew pretty much we had lost as soon as we went 1-0 down as he would never react or change anything.

Sorry I don't buy this  " the players are not good enough " everyone can see the problems and some can easily be solved with the players we have and a better tactian.

This is a big issue that needs fixing ASAP.

There's two possible options IMO. Go to a standard 4231 that doesn't look to build in a 325 shape. This will mean a lot less possesion and probably a worse attack, but on paper would make us more resilient. Forest play this way and look how well they've done. With Ricardo injured and VK and Thomas on the other side, this sort of setup scares me though.

The other way would be to go 3/5 at the back. But then you're not getting the best out of our wingers.

Really poor squad planning overall. What do Reid, Skipp offer here? Some players don't fit into either system we have tried.

Cooper needs to go BUT the decision makers also need to go too.

this club won’t move forward until it does.

who looked at Cooper and thought… he would be a good appointment. What has he done and achieved to be a good fit!?

who signed off on our transfers this summer? We’ve signed players who haven’t improved the 11, and in some cases arnt even getting any minutes. Skip looks a decent player bu to drop £30 mill on somebody who isn’t guaranteed to start is a joke. We’re still heavily reliant on a 38 yo Vardy and the striker we signed hasn’t featured at all.

Top, Rudkin, and the board. Get out my club. We’re an absolute joke.

maresca papered over the cracks by single handedly running the club.

Absolutely nailed it.

The board have had several chances now! Make no mistake if we didn't have good lawyers then we'd have been rightfully punished because of these clowns incompetence.

It's now time for a change in ownership! Thanks for everything but outstayed your welcome.

Or really anywhere.

The longer the season goes on, the more this business annoys me.

I didn't hate Reid at first, not until we picked up Ayew. Having both on the wage bill is ridiculous, regardless of Reid having no transfer fee. He's contributed next to nothing so far.

As for Skipp, christ. It's not even that he's an awful player but what we spent for him to then so few options in more obviously problematic areas of the pitch is just absolutely criminal.

In the broader context, he might be the worst single deal we've done in years (again, not a reflection of his ability necessarily.)

Like everything else to do with the club, it makes no sense. You can't even make an argument for them even to play devil's advocate.

Skipp might go on to be a solid player for us but to blow that much of the budget on him is ludicrous. Our best bit of business is a Brighton loanee who we'll have no chance of signing permanently

I was thinking back this morning on recent managers and at one time or another i've absolutely wanted all of them gone.... but they also all had their plus points/likeable moments.

I've not experienced that yet with Cooper, it's been off from the outset and gone downhill since.

I think back to Puel, yes it was dull as dishwater, but we were solid and the signings were ****ing superb. (often noted he had a big role to play in a lot of them)

Brendan, ego maniac narcasist... but the best football we've ever played at times, and a trophy.

Enzo, only had one plan but it was a joy to watch at times and he made sure every single player on the pitch knew what they were doing.

If they're not going to get rid yet, I wonder if there's some way of persuading him to get someone in on the coaching side of things that can play a more senior role. To be honest the club should be doing this anyway as we no longer have a 'club coach' and every time a manager leaves we're left with no one!

Yes agree… however Enzo would of been ruthless and said he cant play with these players in the prem and then demand the correct players. Look at the money cooper spent im certain Enzo would of got better suited players.
