The fact we've struggled so badly against Ausburg and Lens has massively deflated everyone. After seeing how shit some teams played today we should be so buzzing for Monday.

Today has been a timely and calming reminder that, even though we are in a bad way, there is some absolute tripe in this division.

It just reiterates despite the doom and gloom, games against spurs will not define our season. We "just" need results against the other toss at the bottom of the swamp with us.

usually yea but the gap in quality of sides is pretty obvious this year. None of the teams in our mini league got 3 points and none of the teams that won will be anywhere near us

You say that, but we’ve been linked with some quality looking players.

 

There’s no point in us spunking money just for the point of getting a signing in.

 

There’s a basis of a side already there, we need to complement it with some quality in forward positions - which are always the most competitive positions to try and secure.

Everton look to have lived off of their reputation a season too long now… Gives me genuine hope we might have competition for 20th..

Thought forest were organised but pretty poo. Were too happy with being 1 up.

showing an interest in these players doesn’t mean  we stand a chance of getting them…

And that club is such a mess that you just know they're destined to kick off the first game in their new stadium against someone like Plymouth or Oxford.

hell of a lot of dross in this division, signing a creative midfielder and a striker would go some way towards getting survival. just a shame the fringe is on so Rudkin is taking a week off to go watch some comedy
