Not a law that's being utilised at any level of English football.

 

Was used by Uefa with scope of coming in further down the line

On the flip side Fulham have started well and look well drilled. Silva has built a decent first team with them and has impressed me tbf previously he has started well but faded away, however not at Fulham.
