How can you moan about Soumare? He only came on for injury time and the ball never went through midfield after that

How can you not? You have eyes right?

Ambled around as usual, effort level comparable to me at 4-55pm on a Friday at work, offered absolutely feck all and got booked in 7 minutes including injury time. Clearly doesn't want to be here or get a place in the starting 11.

Whilst the calm, composed, ball retaining Harry Winks sat on the bench.

He's like Iheanacho only lazier, slower, weaker, with worse touch and not even ours.

Send him back today now that Daka is back in training. We don't need two shit back ups to Vardy

Lots of people were putting him in their team before he’d kicked a ball for us. I was always nervous based on the reports from Palace fans. Quite a few were sad to see Ayew go, but almost nobody had much good to say about this fella.

It shows the level when you actually start wanting Daka back. He at least applies himself even if his ability isn’t at the required level

Looks like he contributed about as much as Vardy did in a third of the time, the only difference being that he came on when we were in full coward mode. Must have missed the thread where Vardy's getting slated

Lets hope that shot from Abdul knocks some sense into him (which from where i was sat was going top left bins). Not looking great this one. At all.

Great news it will be like a new singing

He may well be a striker that comes alive in the box but sadly, at this level, current City and previous Palace don’t get up the pitch in numbers to get quality balls in enough? Bournemouth however!!!! I can’t remember being attacked like that for years, if ever!! Looked awesome going forward second half.

I can’t understand and agree with you why would you bring him on instead of winks

Very strange that people are using Edouard being crap as an opportunity to slag off Daka for not being as bad as Edouard. Maybe Daka actually isnt that bad and we have a skewed perception of what a decent PL striker looks like after having Vardy for a decade.

I seen Edouard play for Celtic a couple of seasons ago and wasn't impressed with him.

We were linked to signing him then and I said please don't do it.

Then he turns up here on loan.

Accepting his game rusty, but he's also Lazy. That level of contribution on Saturday is no way exceptable.

Daka at least tries to effect games. And I expect he'll be first choice with Vardy when he returns.

I’d love to agree but all I can see is Patson Daka slicing the ball behind him from about 3 yards out at Plymouth. If that’s a good Prem striker then sign me up.

Is he better then cannon?

I get the feeling Cannon's going to make a perm move elsewhere end of this season, and then we never speak of him again. Very strange, he must have offended someone really badly. Perhaps left skid marks in a Thai hotel bed?

If I was part of a recruitment team, the first thing I'd look at is effort and work rate. It's frustrating that this doesn't even appear to be an essential quality at lcfc anymore.

This guy really needs some games under his belt.

He looked like a player who hasn’t played for a long time.

When is the next EFL Trophy game? I’d be throwing him in for another 90minutes, along with some of the other players who we might need to call on this season, but aren’t in the squad.

Its where I feel we miss the old reserves league, let a player like this get a run of games and see what they can do.

On Saturday, he was simply not good enough for what we need, hopefully it will come for him with time, but in a relegation fight we don’t have time.

Is written him off before we'd even signed him. I've seen bits of him at palace. He's absolutely honking

I think that's a tad unfair.

In my experience, geese are quite energetic in chasing down a football.
