Cooper really has a loser mentality. Home against Bournemouth. Trying to hold on to 1-0 for dear life the entire second half. Miles apart from Maresca in this regard.

Wasn't the Foxes Talk mantra that Enzo would be found out in this league?

Not sure about others, but I didn’t think Maresca was the best in this regard too. Just relatively speaking. But at least he went into games with a positive winning mindset, but in-game he definitely had room to improve.  But Cooper seems to go into games thinking we are one division down with no game plan other than trying to smash and grab.

It’s a read sad indictment of where we are. Cooper has reduced us to a stoke city style team.

There’s still no idea, that was like a school football team, just hoping Mavididi and Buonanotte would do something.

The only reason we’ve escaped with three points is because of VAR and Bournemouth were actually pretty crap in the final third.

We won’t stay up playing like that, and Cooper still absolutely needs binning, there were so many dreadful aspects to that game, including Jordan Ayew….. I never EVER want to see him play for us again, an utterly ****ing horrible footballer.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this annoyed after winning a game..

Get out of our club Cooper and take that bellend Ayew with you.

Cannot tell if the whole group on low on confidence, but it certainly feels that way at times, as that very low key, nigh on cowardly second half seems quite telling of our lack of confidence.

I have and I watched it, but to say we won despite the manager not because of him is a ridiculous comment.

I think it’s very accurate.

they hit the woodwork and missed some sitters. All it took was for one of them going in  and it wouldn’t have been a case of ‘unlucky’ Leicester..

Almost like one is managing relegation favourites, and the other was managing the title favourites with arguably the strongest squad that league had ever seen.

I thought we were good first half. Were happy to play out from the back and beat the press and then move it forward quickly. Thought it was the best half I've seen us play under Cooper.

Second half we saw all the usual traits again and in the end we were lucky to get away with the win. Maybe it was due to having waited so long for it but we don't seem to have the mentality to push for more.

This team is far better than that showing…. What we are learning is Cooper is a hideous coach, that performance just screamed a lack of good coaching.

I better coach makes us look 100 times better than that I can assure you, he is the reason that was made to look harder than it should have been.

Mentality is of extreme importance, as with everything in life. Even with a strong team, poor mentality can get you down (literally speaking - see our relegation season). On the other hand, having a winning mentality can do wonders (literally speaking - see our EPL title winning season when we were also relegation favourites).

Somehow hung on in the 2nd half, Faes was superb.

Eduoard absolutely stunk the place out, even with Soumare on the pitch who yet again contributed his usual nothing.

A pretty awful watch second half, constant time wasting and anti football. I understand it's what we need to do sometimes, but in phases in the first half we showed we are capable of being a lot better than that. It's Bournemouth at home, not Barcelona.

A win is a win and we will take it and run!

Cooper just point blank refuses to adapt to the game as it plays out, that's the most infuriating thing. Ayew dead on his feet and on a yellow plays 80 minutes? It's pure madness. It happens every single game when the opposition makes their first subs in the 60th and we insist on holding out. The opposition grows snd grows and we sit deeper and deeper. Terrible way to play football and decent teams will punish us.

Well hang on a minute, if that's arguably the strongest squad the Championship has ever seen then it should be doing a hell of a lot better in the premier league as plenty of promoted sides have come in and comfortably stayed up.  You can't have it both ways.  If it was such a superior champ squad then it should be more than good enough to stay up and not scrape a win in 6 games.

Obviously pleased we've got a win - I don't see how we pick up too many more if we're going to keep approaching games like this. There is a difference between grinding out wins through resilience and completely handing your opponent the initiative while hoping they're sufficiently profligate for us to get away with it. With every game that passes I become more convinced that the squad is good enough for this level and the manager isn't. Hopefully we use the next three league games to generate some momentum.

Can I explain something mate? In all the time Iv watched football teams losing attack to try and get a result the team defending tries to stop them as we did. We should have had a penalty we didn’t we won ffs we won deal with it because this is going to be a long season for you. Either that or stick to football manager

We won and should've had a penno as well.

We're conceded loads of chances again.

This is a good result and shows what can happen when you don't play 3 CDMs.

Maybe Eduard needs time to settle but he looks way off it right now.

Fatawu needs more than 10 minutes.
