I've only watched them on MOTD and his name hasn't been very prominent. If at all.

A few weeks' break now until we round off the Nations League group stage. Matches against Greece and Eire could be a decent test for a new manager, and give him an indication of what he has to work with before the WC qualifying draw takes place. 

 

The noise about Tuchel sounds interesting.

Lewis actually plays well for Man City because he's played to his strengths by Pep. 

 

Rare that managers can replicate what he does, let alone Carsley. 

 

Does well for Man City but isn't good enough for England because he's given different role to play and different responsibilities.

I think Lewis is a decent squad player to have around. Can play in different positions and is decent on the ball. 

 

An England side can never be balanced. No natural left back and not sure there is a good one coming through, and wingers who constantly want to cut inside. Liked the fact Madueke was willing to run on the outside or in behind when he came on.
