A manager's job is to inspire his players. You could argue that Cooper had them fighting better.

Against West Ham they looked up for it so much more than any game under Cooper. They ran and blocked and chased and had so much fight. Literally three games later and it's all gone. They're playing like a side that's already relegated.

Bit ridiculous for some to be chanting Ruud Out at this point. But we’re in a very tight spot, and playing the same back 5 that got us relegated 🙈

What the hell has Goodnight done!? We really have got to start playing our best team from the start.

I blamed Cooper for a lot, but we really have got a piss poor squad now.

Might as well have cooper in charge, nothing has changed

He needs his own staff. I seen him chatting at length to Dawson and thought, what would that twat be telling him. Dawson showed he was completely clueless with his selection and tactics against Brentford. Then when I saw the 2nd half subs, it was no surprise.

Why is he working with such a tiny coaching team? I can't understand this at all. Just seems amateurish on everyone's part, even by our pathetic standards

Probably something to do with finances PSR

We beat Southampton at the death under Cooper. I'd argue that was as good as the WHU game. Sadly though whatever as you say, we've lost that now.

He hasn’t even brought in an assistant. Talk about not wanting to stamp your authority on a team. It unacceptable.

Or is he the assistant and the real manager is Vards.

Certainly not good in any way today but I am behind him until after the transfer window. I don’t know how much a manager has to do with the signings, but you would like to think he should be the one who says what he needs and gives the final decision. Whether this is so, who actually knows.

What I did realise today is that out of our whole squad, not first team but squad, there is only 8 players I would keep if I could change them all and 2 of them are keepers.

Not one of these players is a defender. I think first team defensive improvements should be our priority over anything else in Jan. Let’s see if Ruud does this.

I genuinely think that was the worst managerial performance I've ever seen. Worse than Dawson (which I thought was the worst ever) Worse than Taylor. It's before my time, but this could be McLintock level stuff.

Leicester 0-5 Bolton

I don’t particularly blame ruud entirely but let’s be honest; he’s got very limited experience tasked with keeping up a team that is nowhere near good enough, it’s not going to work. I was worried about yhis when he was appointed.

Today was the day to go ferrit, certainly goodnight instead of impact sub ONLY Ayew, Winks if he could play 90 mins instead of waste of money Skipp.

Same against Manc

We’re gonna be stuck with Skipp and Ayew for some time. Piss poor signings.

Today isn’t on him. Errors for all three goals that are out of his control.

The only issue from today (and last week) is Buonanottes absence. I’m assuming he’s going back at Brightons request and he doesn’t want to play someone who is not going to be here.

The players aren’t good enough and he deserves a window in which he can bring his own players in and put his stamp on the team. If we are being honest, half the side that started today are not good enough and he has a month to put this right. Can only assume he was guaranteed some funds in Jan, let’s see where we are then.

Who within the club has decided that playing an "inverted" winger is the way to go with this squad? This is the first thing Ruud needs to address. That was my main reason for wanting Cooper out. It's clearly now rooted within the club.

His selection, tactics and substitutions were poor today. He has a lot to learn and fast.
