Had it too easy as a player and clearly doesn’t understand the importance of motivating less talented players. He’s more boring than Puel could ever dream of.

At least Puel was interested in bringing some academy players into the first team. RvN has nothing to lose now and he's still sticking with this group of dossers. I'm not saying field all of the u23s but why not have a couple on the bench and givevthem minutes and plan for the future?

Our board will not sack Ruud. 13 defeats from 14. No home league goals scored in 7 games.
Desperate need for some positivity around the club.
possible managers really would be someone like Dyche or Gary O’Neil.
our board won’t pay the price for the Sheffield Wednesday manager. Will have to be someone available.
dyche will at least instill the attitude and desire in the players again. Could be the Pearson type we need to remove bad attitudes we have and create a squad who care about the club again.

We're done either way now, it would take a miracle to get us within touching distance, and miracles are in short supply.  We should be looking for a young up and coming manager for the Championship.

The we will keep on fighting from Ruud was the least convincing thing he has ever said. He's given up. He's not cut out for this, he's incompetent just like his bosses.

Disagree, genuinely think we need a culture setter, an experienced head to reset the tone of the club. I think Enzo was able to do that partially but we all saw the drop in the back half once we got figured out.

Nigel would never do it, but I am thinking of someone like him, to get his tentacles everywhere.

We need a figurehead to steer the ship. I don’t think a Carrick, a Rosenior, could do that.

He has checked out, the club have to act, not to try and save us from relegation but to try and build some semblance of positivity and some sort of coherent plan for next season.

Team selection are all over the place at the

minute, players frozen out then suddenly in the side, players who have been starting disappearing from matchday squads, it’s such a mess.

The change in formation has done nothing we look devoid of ideas, he has to go today and the long term planning of how we will operate as a championship club, which players will be here and how we build competitive squad focused largely on our academy has to begin in earnest today.

I don’t think these managers exist anymore outside of maybe Pep and Klopp. They work as part of a bigger team (DOF, Recruitment etc) and so the manager generally doesn’t have the sway that Pearson had.

I take the point though - we need someone who has a clear set of principles and standards and has the character / personality to enforce it.

We honestly stand a better chance if he leaves and we let Kingy take over. He can’t do much worse than 13 losses in 14, that is incredibly shocking.

How we haven’t even heard a rumour of him being sacked sums up the club.

This is all on Top. He is solely the person the blame now.

How is he still in a job? Double firing needs to happen. Top needs to grow some balls. Fire both Rudkin and Ruud today. This is simply unacceptable and in any other club or company the management would have gone. The ship has sank to marina trench levels. Top either needs to get a grip to sell to someone who can.
