Since Ruud came to the club he's appeared shell-shocked to me. No coaching staff in yet, and he's one man against a group of players who think they're big time. 

 

I think we'll see more on Sunday against Brighton.

I am just concerned because he hasn't been in charge for any length of time. 

 

I don't think he is shell-shocked: He knew what he signed up for. I am hoping we have a good game, and get at least a point out of it.

 

If we can get some stability in December and get further away from the drop, and have a good transfer period in January, I will be hopeful.

Same as Enzo last season. Hamza moves into midfield to play next to Skipp and Soumare pushes on to play higher with the number 10 and the 2 wingers high and wide.
